It's the third or fouth time I'm staying at this hotel, and I will return again. + Great location in the middle of Düsseldorf's Little Tokyo. So many delicious food places to explore! Also in a walking distance from the train station, Rhein, and many museums and parks. + Rooms are big, comfortable, and well-furnished. In general the hotel looks modern and well-kept. + Stable and fast Wi-Fi. + Here, they still remember small hotel comforts like well-crafted vanity kits, multiple towels, bathrobes, and free water. It might seem like a given, but a lot of big city hotels began cutting these things lately while raising prices. At least here I can see what I am paying for: a comfortable stay that makes a weekend in Düsseldorf more pleasant.

- No fridge in the room. The hotel is rather expensive, but as I wrote above, at least I can see what I am paying for.

The automated payment system of the property was attempting to withdraw money from my account for authorisation every night. Upon asking the staff, I was informed it was a mistake. In an Executive room, instead of a double bed, I was provided with with two single beds put next to each other, which did not make it so comfortable. One of the sheets on my bed had a hole Would be good to attach pictures for reference of each type of room on Booking Strange that the rain shower was not divided with at least a curtain from the rest of the room and that it was located so close to the windows even with the presence of curtains on the them

I recently had an amazing stay at me and all during my trip to Dusseldorf. The hotel's attention to detail and exceptional service left a lasting impression on me. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy, providing a comfortable sanctuary. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel valued throughout my stay. Too many emails before stay for a business traveller! I do not need an update every day beforehand ;-) You ask for online check-in (great!) but on arrival, the electronic key card generator did not work and staff said it only works in like 50% of cases! So I had to queue for 30 min to check in because the ladies at the counter where not very quick, clever (e.g. why not give the forms to fill in your Name first thing while you check everything else in the computer instead of when you come to the point when you need the information ...) and not even especially warm welcoming

This is a great place to stay and we would come back. Stylish room with comfortable bed (with lots of pillows) and spacious shower. The restaurant/bar at the top is fantastic, not only because of the view of Düsseldorf but also because of the excellent food (Japanese) and variety of cocktails. We've been to this bar several times before. The location is perfect, you can reach the centre/Altstadt or some good restaurants within 10min of walking. If you like Japanese cuisine, this is where you want to stay. The staff was very helpful and they responded immediately if we had any requests.

Not always, but some mornings were a bit too noisy. We were on the 9th floor and I guess there were staff working on the 10th floor in the morning so we could hear them. We did ask for a quiet room prior to our arrival though.

Excellent location - especially for people visiting Little Tokyo. Located in the heart of this area, everything is just few walking minutes away. The hotel is also few minutes away from the train station. All the receptionists were nice and helpful. We had a special check-in request during booking, which they fulfilled. Room was stylish, really nice lighting and with plenty of natural light during the day. We were on the 7th floor so we also enjoyed our view. Bed is spacious and comfortable. It was clean and most things in great shape. Room was quiet, no sounds from street or other rooms.

- Missing electric water kettle. To be honest it isn’t advertised as part of the rooms. But I’m surprised there isn’t any, when it’s usually part of hotel amenities even in much cheaper hotels.

The location of this hotel is super! We were very into the Little Japan area, all the famous restaurants and shops are around the hotel. It took us 5 min walk to reach the Japanese/Chinese/Korean restaurants those we wanted to try out. A Japanese supermarket and a manga bookstore is right next to the hotel. This hotel has a paid-parking, it costs 22 euro per day.

Breakfast was pretty standard, but the restaurant has a great view! If you want to try something new, then skip the breakfast, just go to the Japanese/Chinese bakeries next to the hotel for breakfast!

The bed and pillows were amazing. Best night's sleep in a hotel I've had in a while. Also the temperature in the room was very pleasant. The view was amazing and all items necessary for our stay were available in the room. Breakfast was superb. It did get quite busy around 9am, but there were plenty indications in the hotel about what times are best to go, so we went a bit earlier and didn't have to wait in line for anything.

The TV somehow wasn't able to connect to the wifi, and extra services (like Netflix) weren't available. Checking in could have been handled a bit more professionaly. The people at the counter in the entrance hall were relatively passive while I was waiting to check in. A simple "Hi! Are you checking in?" would fix this. There was no refrigerator available in our room - which would have been convenient to store our drinks & food.

I liked the central location of the hotel, the breakfast was really good with a large variety of foods and the view from the restaurant was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a perfect temperature. Overall very enjoyable stay.

I didn't like the sink separated from the bathroom and not having a mirror in the bathroom. There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging your robe. There was no kettle to boil water for a cup of tea.

Highly recommended for the location right in the middle of Little Tokyo. Lots of great Japanese and other Asian eats nearby. The hotel's bar and lounge on the 11th floor is also really nice. The room was comfy and the bed and pillows were perfect for a good night's rest. I loved that there is a shoe horn provided, a little detail I appreciate. Hotel is also walking distance to Alstadt and the Central Station.

Would have been even more perfect if there was a kettle for boiling water.
