good location with Skyline plaza just behind the hotel. U bahn is just a couple of mins away breakfast was good

TV in the room was not tuned to any channels, so the TV was useless. Dryer and washing machine was not usable as well. Limited parking lots so do take note if driving.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was ready to fulfill any of your special requirements. The lobby bar was closed which was a bit of of bummer but well it is what it is.. The location is very convenient as the Skyliner plasa - big shopping mall is situated right next to the hotel. Messe Frankfurt is also wlaking distance which is a bug bonus if thats the purpose of your travel:)

The bar was closed and my shower drain was clogged so the water filled it up very quickly.. The apple TV in my room didn't work for the first 3 days and i couldn't find my ironing machine in my room. All these issues got fixed, however it is a small remark to keep in mind for future progress toward excellence.

The room was excellent, wifi worked seamlessly and the staff was super nice. The rooms are cleaned every third day so if you prefer - let the staff know in advance - came as a small surprise to me but definitely something that could have been avoided. The breakfast was incredible and the gym was a nice addition although it isn't too well equipped.

The rooms could be cleaned every other day instead of every third.. I understand that it is a part of the green policies but it is something guests should know in advance and have the possibility to choose for themselves. Everything else was amazing.

We loved the 2 room apartment for our family of 5. The room had all we could need and more.. if we wanted to cook! The rooms are very modern and quiet. English channels on tv was a bonus! Access to the Christmas markets, around the city and airport was so easy with a short walk to the train station. And Skyline shopping centre next door was great to get all we needed.

The rooms could be better cleaned. And wasn’t serviced for the 5 days (4nights) we were in it.. just would have been nice to remove the rubbish at least. But the staff happily gave us fresh towel when we asked. Also a bit disappointing the bar was closed the whole time too.

We had a long stay and it was very convenient to be able to cook and wash by ourself. Great that they have housekeeping every day. Location is great - 10 min walk from train station and 1 min walk from a big plaza with any stores that you need. Rewe grocery store is very good there. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very great soundproof - we didn’t hear anything from neighbors. Just a bit noisy from outside sometimes when you open windows.

Air conditioning as mention by others - you cannot control or change it. It was weird that living room was too cold and bedroom too warm.

Comfortable rooms, very good location near Frankfurt messe and main railway station. Very good breakfast. Very friendly stuff.

While outside soundproof was excellent the inner soundproof (from the room above and from the floor corridor) was totally opposite. Room cleaning is on 3 days while on the reservation in the services policy is stated daily maintenance. Welcome large bottle of water in the room was with paper seal removed, already open and with about a glass of water missing.

Staying in an apartment within the modern hotel system was convenient. The staff were friendly and even offered luggage storage after checkout. The surroundings felt safe with many newly built buildings, and it was possible to go jogging in the park in the morning. The room was warm, the hot water ran well, and the view was excellent. The sofa bed didn’t unfold into a full bed, but it was spacious enough for one person to sleep comfortably.

It was a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes from the station with luggage, but as long as the weather is good, it’s not a big issue.

The room was clean and spacious - I also asked the team to change my room after one night and this request was accommodated despite the hotel being very busy for the book fair. The stay was very comfortable. The location was key for me as it was a 7-minute walking distance to the book fair. The hotel is also close to the train station and walking distance to the Skyline Plaza Mall. The breakfast's healthy option was good though the 'halal' option was limited.

The room AC was stuck so you couldn't adjust the temperature.

Room was exactly like the photos, well equipped with a compact kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Great central location, easy to get to from anywhere in the city, just one metro stop away from the central station.

The only issue we had was with the room temperature, our room was always too warm, climate control wouldn’t go below 21 degrees. Had to sleep with the windows open (in December) in order to be comfortable.

Best location for everything- conference hall, trains, shopping. Has a stove, microwave, hot water for tea, dishwasher, small clothes washer but didn't dry clothes well, some kitchen utensils including a pot, chopping board, silverware, China, knives, dish soap, towel. Very secure area.

Bed was hard for my back. I'm used to tempur pedic type. Not enough towels, when you have to shower a 2nd time after working out or walking, you use the same towel you had earlier that's still wet and not big or thick enough. The dryer didn't dry the clothes.
