The location is excellent, a 2 minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the nearest tram stop. The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean - a nice shower gel and shampoo was supplied.

One street next to the hotel has some drug dealers etc so I would recommend for lone travellers to not walk down here at night. The immediate area around the hotel is fine. There is a short cut through the train station at the end of Platform 24 through the car park that brings you out opposite the hotel - this is great at night and very safe.

I had a Twin bed room on top floor. The room was modern and very spacious with beautiful view to the city. Large and bright windows. A large sofa and a queen size bed. The washroom facility was great and the shower was amazing. The cleanness could be improved (carpet specially) but the bed was spotless. The breakfast was great. I couldn't ask for anything else, Good food and nice staff. The location is walking distance from the main train station, so it is really easy to get everywhere. I have seen some comments about being in a bad area, but in Germany there could be a great difference between two streets next to each other. Just try a better route and it is safe and nice.

Cant really fault it except the fact that rooms do not have enough lights and they are very dark at night.

This was very good hotel in Frankfurt. Facility was fine and location was near to the central train station. My room was compact but nice and clean. There was big double bed and small fridge. I also get free-shot coupon to the hotel bar. Wonderful welcome gift. I have been several times in Frankfurt before. Many hotels I have tried but so far I have my best breakfast at this hotel in Frankfurt. Staff was energetic and friendly. I will come back again next time.

Sometime I hear some voice from corridor/hall when people are talking loudly at night. But this is just minor issue and it is not hotel's fault. There was no shower curtain in toilet and this was also just minor issue. Overall this hotel was fantastic and excellent.

The double bedroom was really comfy and had a great view onto a neighboring “high rise” building that looked beautiful in the evening. The TV was pretty old (bad resolution) and had very few canals, but I was fine with it. The staff in the evening at the reception and bar was extremely nice and accommodating. Also, you get a voucher for a free shot at the hotel bar.

The drain in the sink and shower were a bit clogged but I couldn’t bother getting the janitor when I arrived in the late evening. It was manageable though.

The breakfasts were a real bonus. Plenty of variety and the food was good. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated. In my opinion it was the best feature of the stay at your hotel.

The bathroom basin did not drain properly. I checked what the problem was and long hairs were blocking it. Secondly, as a wet shaver I like to have hot water in the wash basin. Sadly, the plug actually did not keep the water in. Thirdly there needs to be some better way of keeping the floor dry when taking a shower. The towel floor mat became sopping wet.

Very central to the pedestrian zone and close to the fair. It's an absolutely fair price for a fully equipped and very clean 4 stars room, with AC for sure. There is no breakfast included but close to the hotel is the main station where you can like Buffett make a fully breakfast at a McDonald's for 6 € or you can also go to the roof top restaurant of Galeria Kaufhof at Hauptwache with 360° surround view of Frankfurt's famous skyline and get a brunch breakfast at the continental buffet for 15 € and with a Smoothie included 20 € only while sitting there in the sunshine from 9 am to 12 pm all you can eat. The hotel's staff is absolutely uncomplicated and very nice, you can even bring your bike with you and ask to deposit it inside the Hotel. The check in and check out is quickly done.

Close to the area of the Hotel are not so nice areas - you shouldn't be frightened to cross them if you chose that district of Frankfurt - in big cities like Frankfurt I have always my bike with me - you can pass these areas without anyone taking notice of you on your bike. Or you just take a taxi or any shared vehicle which mostly stand around in the pedestrian zone.

Very close to the train station. The hotel is quite large and has a 24hr reception. Rooms are clean and have air conditioning and a refrigerator which was very convenient. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. There's a bar at the hotel that's open all night. What I loved the most was the amazing breakfast. Best I've ever seen at a decently priced hotel. A huge variety of foods, including fresh fruits, cupcakes, sandwiches, salmon, eggs&bacon and so much more. There was even some alcohol available next to the juice machine for the adventurous traveler..

It would have been nice to have been able to pay the city tax when I checked in, at check-out there was a very long line and it made me miss my train just to pay two euros. The grout in the bathroom tiling was stained (mold?). And there were no outlets at the bed. I could only find one outlet in the entire room at first and found a second one hidden behind the TV, but both were not easily accessible.

The location near the station was the reason for the booking even though the neighborhood wasn’t that great at all there was a restaurant recommended by the staff you must try The star where great helpful, smiling and welcoming For a night quick visit the price is great and location was 3 minutes walk to the station

- The room didn't have a phone to reach the reception. - The area surrounding the hotel was shady! - The windows didn't have shutter - so, ppl who enjoy the German shutters which give complete darkness will be disappointed.

The location is superb, you reach the Messe (hall 1) within 10 minutes walking and through a shopping mall, where you can grab supplies, also the train station is 5 minutes, so it's in between. If you are looking the hotel for visiting Fairs it's great. The location was very quite so no problems there at all, breakfast was more than enough and staff was friendly.

To justify it's price I think the room should have some minor updates in order to get a perfect score, the TV only had 5 channels and the shower water was not hot enough and seemed limited ( I don't know if there was a problem on site) but my hot shower was limited.
