The room was clean, very spacious and characterful. It was all very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Enjoyed the night time lighting option in the toilet, little closed nook for hot drinks, big screen tv, nice comfortable bed and study desk. Easy walking distance to the metro station nearby, and helpful staff.

Although appears very popular and has a nice view of the city, I'd be inclined to skip the bar upstairs. We tried a couple of cocktails and they were highly watered down. Perhaps stick to beer if you want to visit for the ambience?

-very friendly and helpful staff -VIP lounge was a great feature, we enjoyed being able to grab snacks whenever we wanted and have constant access to coffee and drinks. -the room was very modern, clean and comfortable -excellent location, only 1 stop from the main station and walking distance from most things there are to see in Frankfurt!

-since we stayed Saturday-Monday, it would have been nice if the rooftop bar was also open on Sundays since it is extremely crowded on Friday/Saturday and as a guest, we would have loved to been able to get a space there too when it’s more quiet

Location is excellent, the hotel looks quite modern and well put together. The buffet was quite tasty and had many choices. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! When my son got sick everyone was asking how he was doing and even gave him a couple of stuffed toys, which made him really happy :)

Only 2 small complaints: 1) there are no automatic doors to the hotel. As we were with my toddler on his stroller, it was a bit of a struggle to get in or out of the building with it. 2) there is no sink in the bathroom, it is outside, as you enter the room. Little annoying to have to go out into the room everytime you pee, so you can wash your hands. But I’m really nitpicking here :)

First time (one night short) stay and very impressed about the nhow Hotel. Room was spacious and very quiet. Bed, sheets very comfortable (enjoyed the sleep). Inroom Facilities and towels were modern and clean. Loved the artistic modern and very unique room design. Comfortable in-house parking was great addon. Breakfast had a good selection of full English and continental + great selection of loose tea's and fruits. Check-in and check-out was very smooth, staff was friendly especially Saghar (front desk) who deserves a medal for a good chat and representing ethos of the hotel. In summary, if you are looking for a place to stay and cant decide you should definitely try this modern lifestyle and luxury gem. I will definitely come back to nhow on my next trip to Frankfurt as I want to try the skybar and gym/Spa facilities and many other features. Thank you for great stay!

All the trip in the nhow was amazing ! The view is amazing , the skyline bar are sooo cool ! The localisation is perfect , all the staff are so patient and really kind. All the food are so so good And that will be so cool to have a real bed for my dog , that make the difference ! Thank you again !

The third day the room was not clean so good , and were are three and all the times we have to ask for more towels , more welcome products and thing like that made for two , and we are three. And no rubbish in front of the hôtel so for the smokers is complicated but without that things all be perfect !

The location is perfect for those needing to be in this area. the staff is absolutely fabulous, all friendly and accommodating. The room was much bigger than expected, I loved the high ceiling, and the city view made me feel like I was in Manhattan. the breakfast offers a wide choice, it's good and fresh and runs until 12 on the weekend! The bonus is a Sky bar on the 47th floor with great cocktails and spectacular views of the city.

not much but I saw many people confused with the lift as you can only select your floor by swiping your card and then you are not too sure which one you will get or where it's going. then the room's numbers are on a very large luminous poster and it's not easy to find them immediately. the other thing that was missing is a full-size mirror inside the room. it's a pity in such a large space, it could have been easily added. It's essential to have one when preparing for important events

The room was very good with nice view. Nice touch was the Nespresso machine in the room (free of charge). The design of the room was making you feel relaxed. It was very clean. Good thing that it was close to the train station (but in a safe area) and you could take Uber or even walk there if you have an early train to catch. You should visit the bar at the top floor. It had much more amenities but we didn't stay long enough to use them. In general, it looked like they care for their guests and for around 100€ paid for this night, it was value for money.

If I have to find a negative, I would say that using the shower, hot water wasn't at the same temperature all the time and sometimes you could feel the cold water and then again hot water.

The NHow really exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and professional, the hotel was spotless and had a nice array of sweet treats for guests to enjoy at reception. The lift was secure using cars access. Our suite was spotless, spacious and we loved the decor. The rooms had great soundproofing and we loved having a bath after a busy day of playing tourist. The vip lounge was an added bonus and breakfast had a good range including vegan and gf options.
