good hotel at convenient location, close to Messegelande as well as central station. Wide choice of restaurants nearby

Upon arrival I wanted two drop off my luggage before traveling to the Messe. This was a paid service, which is regrettable. This should be free for paying guests.

Staff amazing! Location perfect 👍🏻. Walking distance from the central station. Main shopping area about 20 min by tram (50 m from the hotel). Trattoria next to the hotel amazingly delicious. Definitely going to book again for my next trip!

Not much in English to watch on TV. Everything in german! Need to provide international channels. Maybe a minibar (even if empty) where to store some fruits or drinks in hot weather. Honestly nothing more to say

We stayed in the family room and it was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. Fresh towels every day and sound proof windows. Very good value for money. We will definitely go back and can only recommend it if you are travelling by train (few minutes walk from the main station)

A bit of a dodgy area if you go out at night. The staff was friendly but not very experienced.

Booked this hotel for the convenient location in terms of proximity to the train station and ease to get to the airport the next day. We looked at a lot of different places near the train station and landed on this one because some of the reviews mentioned that the side of the station it is on is not so sketchy at night. I have to say that’s true (and highly recommend avoiding other areas around the train station past 10 o’clock or so). The woman at reception was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. At night you enter the hotel with a code, so there’s no one in reception. For us it wasn’t an issue, but wanted to mention it.

The shower door has a hole in it, meant to be a door handle sort of, but water unfortunately goes through it and gets the floor wet. Also, there’s only a trash can in the bathroom, would be good to have another one in the room. There’s also no safe and no luggage rack which would be nice additions. Overall these were small things and we would stay here again.

In the late evening neighbourhood was a bit daunting (if solo or vulnerable ) However to be fair area is busy with bars restaurants nearby

Great location. Caught the train from the airport and only a couple of mins walk with our luggage from the train station. Easy walk to the river and town square too. Very clean and easy check in. The woman on reception upgraded us to a bigger room when she saw our kids were with us. Very lovely.

Pillows not great but nothing major and I'm probably a bit fussy about pillows anyway.

The staff was very cooperative. The cleanliness was good and we had a great time there. The location is near to Hbf so quite easy to catch a train. Ahh how can I forget the nearest good cafes and restaurants.

The room didn't have water and the phone wasn't there. So we have to go down for water. That's the only thing I didn't like.

The B&B hotel in Frankfurt HBF is great. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is always ready and willing to help. We needed help with clothes and a parking place, all promptly provided.

Nothing, in particular, was an issue, we like this hotel. At the end of our stay, me and my family wished to stay longer.

The room is big enough for 3 pax. And the room view is amazing . We got the city view

No kettle in the room. We couldn't have hot water for the baby. Need to ask from the coffee machine.

The location was extremely close to the main railway station which made it great for our needs. The room was surprisingly quiet even though the hotel was at a busy crossroads. The room was very cleverly built and felt like two separate rooms. The bathroom and the room were clean.

The area and its atmosphere was a bit dodgy, but manageable.
