I really enjoyed the interior design of the hotel and the work space on the ground floor. The room was very quiet and the cleaning services were exceptional.

Staff's attitude. Some of the staff working in the reception desk had a very ironic attitude and they were not helpful at all. We stayed there for two weeks, and they would not even greet us back while leaving the hotel premises although they were looking at us. I have never seen anyone working at a reception desk not greeting back hotel guests.

Very cool vibe of the hotel. Lots of places to hang out downstairs. Room was nice and clean. Ideal ironing room on every floor. Reception staff need a change of attitude and to smile a little. Cool location away from the immediate city centre and generally calmer area. Nice supermarket located 3 minutes away. Tram is 2 minute walk away that can take you into city centre with 15 minutes. New ECB is not far from the hotel and riverside walkway just behind the hotel - ideal for run or cycle along to the park.

I arrived early and asked if my room was ready and was told “we don’t do early check in”. Very rude and odd behaviour considering almost all hotels (most especially chains!) will give you the room if it’s ready. Moreover, I have Marriott Titanium Elite status and am entitled to an early check in if available. The lady at reception did not even ask or think to consider that there may be a reason behind my question. Not a very nice welcome to the hotel.

Cozy, small room with a view of the courtyard. Room temp was easy to control. Shower water heat and pressure was fantastic.

The shower door opens inward in such a way that, in order to get inside and close the door, you have to wedge yourself into the corner and scrape the door past your body. That was inconvenient and will be an accessibility issue for some, but it's also my only complaint. Don't expect to do any office work in your room; the desk is too small. But the downstairs lobby usually has ample space.

1. due to safety of guests, impossibility to fully open the windows; if you want to have lower room temperature in the night you must turn on the air condition instead and you risk to get cold & neck ache. 2. no curtain in the bathroom separating the shower, only a small corner; the shower head sprays water everywhere, so after showering, the entire bathroom floor is covered by puddle of water 3. the breakfast could be a bit more diversified.

Rooms are basic. There is nowhere to unpack a suitcase - no wardrobe, limited hanging space on the walls, no water, kettle or other refreshments in the room. The room was clean and bathroom modern but the mattress was overly soft - felt like a million people had slept on it previously which is not something that you want for a good night's sleep 🙁

It is a very modern concept of hotel and you feel it since the moment you reach the hotel's door. The staff is very friendly and supportive; since they knew I was there for work, they gave me a room which would be less noisy (it was not noisy at all). It was very clean and comfortable. When entering to the room the TV was on with a welcome message with my name, it was a simple detail but made me smile.

I believe the breakfast was expensive for what it was. I think the cost is 12EUR for the buffet but the options are pretty standard, so I do not think it is worth it. I had it for one day and it was ok, but it does not justify the price.

the room itself, with all indirect lighting and airco was a definitive plus. The parking was well secured. For transportation we used the Tier platform to rent E-scooters, which is way more fun than the public transport!

The Breakfast was a bit basic. if you arrive later, it is not as fresh anymore. i would appreciate it, if there were multiple batches of (for example) eggs made instead of 1 giant batch, that sits there for a couple of hours. The shots of vodka were a plus :)

It was clean and well decorated; bathrooms were updated. I liked the security feature of using a card to activate the elevator. The breakfast options were good.

The rooms did not have garbage cans, chairs, or a wardrobe for clothes. This meant living out of a suitcase for the duration of our stay.

The hotel ambiance is in a style that will make a difference compared to other hotels. The size of the rooms and the bathroom provide a very convenient use. The location is 10 minutes away from the old city by car. It is a hotel that you will definitely enjoy when you stay.

Although there were 2 staff working at check-in, we waited too long for these processes. (3 people maybe more than 1 hour) Since the night shift was for only one person, we waited more than 1 hour for the beverage service because no one was working on the side facing the bar. Since there is constant entrance to the hotel at night, the check-in staff could never look at the bar side.

A clean, fancy hotel with good connections to the center, plenty of restaurants nearby. Helpful staff.

Organizing a breakfast buffet, when you have to wait in line - that is, if more people come for breakfast at the same time. But the breakfast itself was excellent. Broken printer in the business corner, solved by printing a document at the reception. Crazy draft beer quality.
