Plaza Hotel & Living Frankfurt

Near tram. spacious room, onsite laundry room.

Room carpet was a bit old & dirty.

The rooms are big, the bed are very comfortable and the linen is perfect. The staff is very nice, the location is very convenient. All answers to our questions were given quickly and in a very helpful way. We were glad that there were bikes available at the front desk, too bad there were only 3 of them !

If I may suggest something, there could be a system where towels would be changed by the cleaning staff only when put on the floors, in order to save cleaning resources. Also, it would be perfect if there were helmets rented along with the bikes.

Outstanding location, just 25 min tram from downtown and central station. In a nice district with a lot of shops, very cool beer bar with beer garden just 10 min by foot on the way to Ostbahnhof. In the description on the booking.com it's said they charge 10 euro for the use of kitchenette. This is not true. The worker said it is probably outdated and they don't do this anymore. Nice balcony in the room and good cleaning service.

It was not clear whether the coffee machine on the 1st floor is for free or for 1 euro per drink. Some of the reception workers gave cups for free, some of them asked for 1 euro per cup. Construction works under the window woke me up earlier than planned... Take earplugs.

amazing stay at the plaza hotel, the property is very clean , the wifi is good and all the staff are amazing and very supportive people. I would like to say thanks to all and a very special Thanks for Latifa , she’s very professional and supportive person. she helped me with locations to go and attractions around the city with excellent explanations. I also used their bike service to go around and the bikes are in good condition. Thanks Latifa 🌺 and hope to see you soon.

The hotel is much better than expected and the reviews seem to be unfair and exaggerated - it's a very good hotel to stay for a week long work trip, the room was clean, bright and has everything you need even to prep a meal (be aware that only pot and cutlery is given - buy salt :) )

The air was a bit tight and needed often airing, but that was quick gone.

This is my 2nd booking with them. It is a nice place with nice staff, good price and close to public transport. Large clean room with kitchen and laundary services. Cameras are in the corridor which adds safety feature. The cleaners clean properly. I would like to thank miss. Latifa and Arzu. They were very nice and supportive. I recommend it and i wont hesitate to book again

Spacious studio room with kitchen, microwave. Easy access from central station by Tram 11 or U6 from Konstablerwache. Have been using this hotel for more than 10 years with different names. Surrounding area is much better than central station.

Nothing. Or maybe the 4 steps on stair at the entrance when I have heavy luggage.

Location, big room, comfortable bathroom, clean linens.

Reconstruction noise nearby, one of the hotel administrators is not very friendly and client-oriented.

nice location and easy to find with U nearby to go anywhere. good value for the money. a nice park nearby and lots of restaurants and coffee shop.
