We were very well received with the chance to check-in quite a lot earlier, they had two people which together spoke Spanish, English, Italian and of course German. Once in the room, it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Next morning we had breakfast which was diverse and abundant.

The price was a bit too expensive for the quality offered. Although my experience was great, for the price I expected larger rooms and some additional ammenities. I was working from my room throughout the day and for 330EUR/night I'm used to not having to pay 3EUR for each cup of coffee, or for a water bottle. At night they have a menu with some basic food (Pizza, chicken nuggets, caesar salad) but when I asked for something they told me the kichen is closed (until further notice) and no food will be served, suggesting me to get delivery via an app or phone number.

Location was slightly out of the main shopping areas and city centre. About a 15-20 min walk to the Old Town area. Room was large and more than adequate for a solo traveller. Not the best views as it overlooked train tracks but not noisy at all. Great shower. Bed was very comfortable. Appreciated having a lounge chair in the room. Breakfast was great with everything one would expect to start their day. Staff were helpful. Not too many options for eating out around the area. Train station right next door which was very convenient. From the airport (approx. 50 mins)a few stops to Konstablerwache then remain on the same platform for U6 heading towards Ostbahnhof. Would stay there again as it is good value for money.

Nothing really. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

The area around the hotel is nice and quiet. The hotel itself is also calm and very clean. There is a metro stop right next to the hotel, so getting around was easy.

The elevators were quite slow, it took a lot of time to wait for them. I did not find a staircase to use instead. The breakfast was moderate.

It was a very clean place. I enjoyed the gym and the location was very close to dowtown.

Two members of the staff at the reception were very unpleasent and made me feel like I was bothering them. I had problems ordering taxis. The staff would not order a taxi in advance and asked me to be at the reception when calling the taxi for me (apparently in Frankfurt the taxi arrives as soon as you call it). I asked them if they could directly call it 5 minutes before the time I needed it and they said it was not possible. So, every morning I had to go to the reception earlier just to wait for 5/10 minutes for the taxi to arrive. This is clearly not the service anybody expects from this kind of hotels.

The Hotel itself was beautiful, very comfortable rooms and beds. Quick late night check in and very limited parking available on the street outside There is a tram at the end of the street that takes you right into the centre of Frankfurt, under a minutes walk. It is outside of the city but we didn’t mind using the tram as it was so close. It’s the N11 tram and the stop is called Ostbahnhof/Sonnemannstraße. I have shared the tram timetable, stop 5 Römer/Paulskirche is what you want for the old town in the second picture.

The breakfast was chaotic, far too busy and the serving area was far too tight. We were there for 8.45am and it was a case of queuing for ages for everything. There was a good selection including self made waffles and all the condiments to accompany them- big hit with the kids. The food overall was good but maybe the hotel might consider staggered breakfast times for guests, or a booking system.

The breakfast was very very nice.The hotel is just next to the underground station,ıf you dont wanna walk to city center.It is just 3stop far away by metro.The staff was very very friendly and kind.

Hotel is located right next to Frankfurt East train station and if you are sensitive to a sound then this hotel is not for you. The isolation of windows is very bad that you will hear very freight train passing by. Room is equipped with modern TV, but apart from watching German channels you will not be able to do anything. One of very few hotel, where I was not able to connect my personal device (for listening music, watching Netflix etc). Breakfast is definitely overrated, the only good thing there was a fresh waffles that you can prepare yourself.

This is Hilton, so no surprises. It is often very busy at the front desk. The hot water was terrific; I didn’t try the tv. The hotel is near the European Central Bank. It is absolutely right next to the subway stop “Ostbahnhof.” You are not actually in the center, unless you have business at the bank, but you are just a couple stops (with changing trains) away from the theater/opera district, the historic center “Römerberg,” and the bridge over the Main to Sachsenhausen and the museum district. Very near the hotel there are two good restaurants, one a grill house, the other traditional German food, and, even better, there are two good cafes for far better coffee than at the free breakfast.

The bed could have been firmer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with frequent tram services and the convenience of a train station and underground just a couple of minutes away. The breakfast was delightful, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and though the bathroom was compact, it served its purpose well. I found the hotel to be a great value for money. The receptionists were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
