Sweet room close to city center, in 15 minutes walk or 3 min by train you can be at Konstablerwache, Bergerstrasse or at ECB. I also liked bottled water you get as an guest and availability of hairdryer and small table in the room. Room was clean and pleasant to sleep in (and I usually have back problems so big plus here) and heating was ok. There is no reception, but that was no problem for me.

I had some problems with self-check in due to the machine stopping to work so I had to fill in everything three times. The doors in the hotel are very loud so if you are late sleeper, you may not like this when people start going in/out during the morning. Also room is quite small so not really suitable for longer stays.

The hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in the block in the street, in front of Clementine Hospital. It is an absolute quite street days and night. Almost no movement at the hospital. The hotel has 5 floors and despite to be small, all facilities are news and in a very good shape. All room seams to have the same size which is quite confortable for 2 adults. Bed mattress are excellent and shower very good. WIFI is very good. We recommend to ask for room 401, 402, 501 and 502, which ate sunset side. Other rooms are identical in quality. The room services is very good.

For foreigners who does not speak German, TV channels in Germany are quite annoying. The options of channels the hotel is proposing is quite weak, but you seek german or russian, good for you. We never ask for the breakfast, so no comment about it.

very cozy room, next to the Zoom station. new room not old as lot of hotels are now. Reception person was very friendly although they are not present all the time. but fast response via email was great. helped us to leave our luggage until our plane time . Wifi was very good our request regarding kingsize bed was achieved properly. thank you Am Zoo Hotel team

some noise from workers that are doing renovation somewhere but it was fine since they started working after 10 am. sound proof glass was good for this situation.

I think it is a good location overall close to stores and coffee places and restaurants. I recommend it for a short stay,it has all the facilities that you need. Comfortable bed, fast WiFi, and clean room.

I didn't like that on a paper in the room it was mentioned that the check out is until 12 p.m. but the lady called to check out at 11, it was a bit confusing.

The location was very convenient for the U-Bahn at Zoo. The room was quite large and had a kettle and fridge.

The reception was not very helpful - couldn't tell me where there were local amenities, car parks etc. Parking was on site but very difficult to access and cost €15 per day. There is nowhere 'legal' to park just to check-in. Complications because the hotel calls itself Hotel Leon and not Arena when you get there!

The staffs are very intensive, they gave us a fan because we r travelling in the summer. Besides, the kept the big pillows that we didn't use at the first day, and provided us the pillows that we felt more comfortable with it. The room is nice with private bathroom and everything are well prepared.

Place was nice and the staff was really nice and helpful. Great stay and had no issues!

Elevator is quite tiny. Saw other comments about the no AC issue. There’s fans I the room and the weather is nice at night to keep the room cool. It’s not bad at all!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Really nice and helpful staff- I left my purse in the hotel and they posted it out to me in Ireland.

The location is a slightly long walk out from the Christmas markets area which is what we were visiting, but this no problem for us as we used electric scooters
