The hotel is nice, with beautiful views on the Frankfurt skylight on one side. Good breakfast. Very nice and professional staff. Nice design. Comfortable parking below (too expensive). Very convenient location with easy access to the city centre.

Very expensive parking, therefore, almost nobody parks there (around 15-20€ would be more acceptable). There were no body balm or paper tissues available in the room, which for 4* hotel was a little bit surprising. As there is no real wardrobe or shelves in the room, there was not enough space to keep clothes for 3 people in a standard family 3 room for a weekend stay.

I arrived on Sunday night but there was no restaurant opened and impossible for the hotel to provide sandwiches or equivalents The hotel could not order for me also Very surprising and disappointing. Being Sunday is not n excuse for nor providing service. An hotel should provide service 24/7

Good location near the river promenade, comfortable bed, sound proof rooms, nice view from the higher floors facing west, breakfast and large breakfast room, but most of all the fact that everything is still new and not warn out. It was my second stay at this hotel and they fulfilled all my additional requests regarding the room on both occasions.

No wardrobe, just a few hangers on very impractical fixed frame with very little space, window-door fixed so it cannot be fully opened, very noisy surroundings (so you need to sleep with fully closed window), adjacent buildings still in construction. Although I did not have to wait for check-in and check-out, probably due to time of my arrival and departure, I have very often noticed long queues at the reception desk.

Breakfast options were quite nice, such as hot breakfast food (eggs, omelette, sausages, etc.) and drinks, also cold dishes (salads, fruits, etc.), bread, but also could make own waffles (worth waiting in the line to make yourself some). I also liked the ease of check-in, facilities were modern and clean, also stylish, great bathroom. Location was pretty nice in terms of being very close to the river and nice walks along the promenade. While the hotel is right besides the train tracks, sound isolation is great and you cannot even hear the train passing.

The downside is that the breakfast finish very early on the weekday, so if one is one the vacation and not on the business trip, that might be a bit uncomfortable trying to make it.

Great brand new hotel - the other wing still under construction... Really comfortable and cosy feeling, making 'design' feel like home. Compact and functional rooms, on a great location between the river bank, the port and the ECB building. Tramway to the city center, or a 2km very scenic walk along the river. Free sauna is a fantastic extra, with chilled tap water, women-only zone and extra towels. And top-class breakfast with LOTS of choice from baked veggies, smoothies, to waffles.

Standard room is compact, well-configured for short urban-style stays. The only thing really lacking is a proper wardrobe. You can easily leave stuff in your trolley. The room has an iron & ironing board to get the wrinkles out... Yet not ideal for longer stays / people travelling with a big suitcase, or wishing to properly unpack on arrival. Parking fee (30 EUR/night) is also quite pricey (even if other hotels may be asking even more). We managed to park for free on the streets nearby.

I love travelling and have been to various hotels. This one really exceeded my expectations! I must say, NEVER was I impressed with a hotel like this one. From the check-in till the day I checked out, it was close to perfect! The breakfast there is exceptional!! There is NOTHING you do not have as option there. The rooms are also amazing!!

The only issue I personally had was that I wanted my room to be cleaned the day before I left and the cleaners just did not do it. I wasn't happy with that, but thats really just all.

This is the first time I give any property a 10-point rating. This is a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, with great breakfast, nice location, reasonable price. Only 30 euros for the parking is a bit expensive, considering we already paid 150+ euros for the room. On the other hand, these 150 euros included breakfast for 4 persons, which the children loved.

Navigation to the hotel was problematic, due to roadworks near it. An automatic message on Booking telling me how to get to the hotel would be appreciated.

The staff is very kind, very helpfull, and professional. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean. There were very good soap and shampoo.

A few things to improve: There was no hair conditioner so we had to purchase it, altough at the information of the rooms it was indicated that there are bath and body cleaning products. If there was a coffee machine in the rooms it would have made the stay more exclusive. we had 2 rooms, there was only 1 phone in the room but it didn't work. Unfortunately no one came to repair it, so we couldn't contact the reception or other services in the hotel. The tap was broken and although we reported it they didn't come to fix it.

The bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! Having access to a juicer, a waffle maker etc was fantastic. It would maybe be an idea to get a couple more of these appliances setup so the wait times aren't so long!

The air conditioning is annoying - you set it to the coldest it will go and the room just stays warm all the time even with the doors closed. It was pretty warm in Frankfurt and I just wanted somewhere cool to relax but the room was always around 24 degrees... location is OK but the immediate surrounding area feels a bit soulless...
