Overall about the hotel – EXCEPTIONAL. Very well maintained and lovely Hotel. Outstanding customer service at the reception with kind, friendly and professional staff. Superb, comfortably furnished and clean room with minibar, electric kettle, combination key safe box and reliable WiFi connection. Great value for money. Located in a quiet residential area the hotel is in 20 min walking distance from the city center. Close to the metro station and tram stop. Italian restaurant, Steak house and various cafes nearby. Delicious and wide choice breakfast.

Love the location, the rooms, the facilities and could not imagine staying anywhere else in Frankfurt. So easy to get around the city from this quiet and convenient location using all forms of Public Transport or even just walking. Plenty of places to eat nearby, supermarket a short stroll away, Coffee Shops & Bakery nearby, two underground train stations within 5-10 minute walk, parks, the Zoo, Trams at the end of the street. This was my 5th or 6th stay at this property and we were not disappointed; again.

I really can't recall anything during our stay that we did not like. Overall a job well done.

A great location on a quiet, suburban street but still walking distance to the city and the nearby Bergerstrasse. We were welcomed by friendly reception staff (and sweets!) in a beautifully presented lobby with a library seating space and optional breakfast. The room was perfectly clean and the bed very comfy. A very nice stay for our last weekend in Europe, would definitely recommend!

Nothing negative to say! Only for information, better to check in before 2300 but there is 24 hour reception, they just lock the front door at 11pm and you need to call to be let in. Otherwise a great stay!

That was my second stay in this hotel. I loved it immensely. My room was called “Demokrit”. It was at least 50 m2, spacoius and mega super comfortable. The breakfast is of the highest level possible: blueberries, figs, various cheeses, vegetables, fruit, salmon…an amazing variaty! The hotel is just in 7 min walk from U4 metro line. A very quiet area with little traffic.

The employees were very kind. We loved to stay there. The city (Frankfurt am Main) is not the ideal place to stay, but the hotel made our trip much better. It is not in the center of the city, but it is absolutely fine, because with the tram we got there really fast. It is an quiet environment, not much noise from car e.g.

There is to be honest nothing with the hotel. Just the city is not the place to be in pur opinion.

Location perfect in a quiet area and close to great attractions (Zoo, Cirque du Soleil), Breakfast was excellent in terms of food quality and descent choice for a continental breakfast. AC working great and pretty silent compared to other places. Excellent restaurant in walking distance from the hotel, one of the best if not the best we experienced in Frankfurt (Ristorante Leon d'Oro)

The staff was very friendly, the hotel room clean and the hotel is in a very nice area on walking distance from the zoo, berger strasse (area with a lot of restaurants. cafes and bars) and the city center. Our highlight was that our dog felt very welcome as well: the room contained a water bowl, a snack, and some tips about where to walk with a dog and what the local rules are. Thanks!

Very quiet. Possible to sleep with windows open. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Rather warm in the rooms. No information about the hotel or Frankfurt provided in the rooms. My wife wasn't allowed to do the check-in even though she was indicated as one of the guests.

It was the prefect location. Close to the Christmas market and the metro lines. The room was very clean. They were friendly and helpful with getting public transportation tickets.

The bed was stiff as a board. There was not enough blankets on the bed.

Excellent breakfast in charming hotel in quiet residential area. Convenient for Frankfurt Underground and within 20 minutes walk of the main shopping area. Pleasant staff.
