The hotel was great for our one night in Frankfurt even though we traveled with a small 6-month old baby. The location is close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations but we walked to the city center (30-minute walk). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (a bit small but we slept well together with our baby in the same bed), staff was nice, and they have a 24-h bar where we could buy water from (it was a bank holiday and everything was closed). Even though the hotel is located around office areas, there were plenty of other people traveling with family, but also business travelers. On normal days, you can find restaurant and supermarket options within walking distance. Breakfast did not offer so many options but it was ok.

There is no fridge in the room, and the water on the shower could not be turned up to hot. Also, the food at breakfast is places in a rather crumped area.

Very simple check-in/-out and the reception staff was very friendly and informative to any special queries I had. The room was very clean and there was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Have stayed in other Hampton by Hilton before and happy with the standard at all of them, can definitely only recommend.

Unfortunatly there was some road works going on outside the hotel but that is not within the control of the hotel. Would have preferred a room not facing the main road if known in advance. Not many places for storage inside the room but sufficient if travelling with light luggage/staying short term.

My experience in this hotel was very much positive! The breakfast was literally one of the best I have ever had in hotels: fresh food, bread, fruit and even fresh waffles. Such a delight! The stuff during breakfast was also the best! Same for the receptionists! The room was very clean and tidy. The only thing is that the room we had for three people was a little bit too small. But apart from that it was more than perfect! The position is also quite strategic: only 20 mins walking from the main station! Surely I will consider this hotel once again when I will be in Frankfurt!

The room for three people was a little too small

Although the room was small for 3 people it was very cozy and very clean. It had absolutly all the accesories we needed (including an iron and ironing board) and considering the breakfast (which was absolutly fantastic) the Hampton has an incredible value. It is on a totally different level if you compare it with anything similar in Berlin. Also... the Wifi speed was just perfect.

No much to complain of, maybe only the location. It is next to the train station (maybe a 10 min walk), but the neighborhood around the train station look schetchy at best... I know about the red light district, but it look bad even considering all that. But next to the hotel it is just fine.

My stay at Hamilton by Hilton in Frankfurt was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location, just a 15-minute walk from the train station, made it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were kept clean, and I particularly enjoyed the nice breakfast provided, offering a good start to the day. While the room was a bit small for three people, it served its purpose adequately.

The only drawback was the couch-bed, which turned out to be less comfortable for the person who slept on it. However, for a short stay of a few nights, it was manageable. This hotel offers a standard 3-star experience - nothing exceptional, but certainly nothing bad either. If you're looking for a straightforward and comfortable stay in Frankfurt, Hamilton by Hilton might just fit the bill.

Nice hotel in great central location, great value. Room space was adequate for 3 people (double and sofa beds), private bathroom and shower, electric kettle with coffee/tea, very quiet, air conditioning. Free breakfast was very good, fairly busy but not overly crowded in nice dining area. 5 min walk to Skyline Plaza... many shops/dining choices... then we used transit stop out the other side of Skyline, Frankfurt Festhalle U-bahn, to get around. Hotel staff was very helpful... at breakfast they were always smiling and attentive; front desk staff member Ivan was excellent... went to our room himself to attend to something very minor we mentioned. Complimentary luggage storage after check-out was great also. Nice job by Hampton/Hilton at this location!

A bit cramped with sofa bed open... not a big deal for our 1 night stay.

The room was large enough, very good atmosphere, large table for work with comfortable chair. Coffee / tea maker, comfortable bathroom, large safe, Everything was new and modern and clean. The extra couch added comfort. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful

The elevator only worked when the room card was held against a sensor, the problem is, it didn't work every time, and if you were too slow, it would lock. In other words, it always took a while to get the thing going. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. The problem is they didn't speak a single word - literally - German or English. There was no way whatsoever to communicate with them. They should receive basic language training before they begin work. The "business center" is one computer and one wifi printer that would not connect to my laptop. I had my material printed out by the very friendly reception staff.

Clean, seemed like a brand new hotel! Breakfast was excellent and receptionist helpful. Immediate surrounding area clearly being regenerated and modernised with excellent shopping centre near by.

As we had booked a room for 3 adults, space was very limited with the sofa bed out and mattress on this bed was uncomfortable and sloping! Location from central station was further than expected and walk to the hotel was through a less salubrious area of the city. ( not the hotel's fault, of course, but just to be aware for fellow travellers!)

The property is good value for money. Breakfast is decent, car parking is safe and 24 hours gym is an added bunus. Location is excellent close to some good restaurants and a shopping centre. It's only about 30 minutes walk to the city centre.

The bar is right next to the reception and reception staff are being expected to serve the bar customers. When it gets busy at reception, the bar customers are either being ignored or made to wait for a long time. Hence the bar always looks quiter than it should be for a hotel.

Friendly staff, location, breakfast, price

While I had paid for parking at check-in, I didn't find any free parking by Hampton. So I cameback up and ask the reception, He told me you can park in any other available space, doesn't matter the owners labels. Therefore I parked in a placed labeled for Capri. Next day morning I found a letter by Capri on my car windscreen that said me go up to Capri reception and ... If there is a agreement between you and Capri about the topic it is better to communicate together and find a way to manage. It was a little offensive for me as a costumer who already paid for parking.
