Value for money was very good (approx. EUR 40/night for a single room). The location is in walking distance to the train station and right next to a tram stop. Bed (single bed) was comfortable. Good shower. Small wardrobe with some coat hangers. Small desk and chair. Wifi worked. List of channels for the TV provided. Good restaurants right outside hotel (sushi, Thai) and across the street (Taiwanese)

It is quite noisy due to the big crossing right outside the hotel (including trams). The area itself is not so nice (which is not uncommon around big train stations), but I didn't feel unsafe.

I found the bed really comfortable and the room was a good size and had all the amenities I needed. Also the staff were brilliant and so friendly.

I feel harsh marking the hotel based on location - because actually it’s perfect for the station, just a couple of minutes walk, and is easy to get into the city too. But the area to the south and east of the hotel for about four blocks is literally the worst area I have been in my entire life. I’ve never seen so many drug addicts lining the streets.

The location is great, just 5 mins walk to the main train station and there are a few restaurants nearby (Chinese, Japanese…). If you do not want to have lunch in the hotel, some restaurants close by provide breakfast.

Location is great if you want to be near the station, but the area around the station is obviously not that great. It is not unsafe or threatening at all, but there are some homeless people, drug users and sellers and seedy gambling venues around with some begging that does occur.

Coffee sachet replacements for the room was a bit slow

We arrived at the hotel very tired after a trip of 14 hours and we got a warm welcome from the very friendly British receptionist. We had a very luxurious room because they had given away our room. So we got an upgrade. And we were really happy! It was a very big room and very clean and quiet. The bed was big and very comfortable. There was a fridge and an electric kettle to make coffee and tea. The bathroom had enough space for your toiletries. The hotel is very near the station. Just outside the hotel is a very good Thai restaurant Toh Thong with also a lot of vegan and vegetarian options.

We did not like the walk from the station to the hotel. There were a lot of junkies and it felt unsafe. But the hotel felt like an oasis. The aircondtioning is a bit loud.

It is good to have a good surprise. The whole hotel doesn't look that much on the outside but once you get in the room,it is like a 4star hotel, We had an small changing closet, water cooker, coffee and teas are available, bed is comfy. Tram station is just opposite the hotel Good Thailand restaurant at the corner

The surroundings, from central station to the hotel is just a 5 minute walk but the surroundings was a little bit scary, men gathering at night in the streets my husband was even offered to buy cocaine. If you are a girl avoid walking here at night alone. Better to take the tram eventhough it is just 1 station away from central station.

hotel is so perfect. it is located steps away from the train station. It is very clean, has aircon , has fridge, has coffee maker. it has bath tub. Toilet is clean. it has elevator. I will be back and refer to many of my friends. oh I need to mention also that staff are so friendly and accommodating. They let our bags left at the counter.

The windows are really soundproof. The hotel is right next to a busy intersection and there is no noise inside. Also, they have in the room an UV air filter and a variety of tv channels in different languages.

The hotel is right next to a junky area, a lot of homless and drug addict walking around or sitting/sleeping straight on the ground. I really felt unsafe after darkness coming back to hotel.

The place is really close to everything. The tram in front makes things so easy. The room and facilities inside were lovely. The hotel was clean and modern.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that I took a bad detour getting to the hotel and I passed through the red light district. I was a bit shocked and I was afraid too. However the hotel is on the nice area of the city and you will not see any of that.

the hotel is direct located in front of the Straße Bahn, therefore we could easily avoid the crowd around main train station. We could sometimes hear the people talking at night across the street, but in general it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable, the roomer was clean and fully equipped.
