We stayed at Flemings for NYE 2023, the location is perfect for those we want to be close to transport back to the Airport or anywhere else in Frankfurt for that matter. Shops and cafe in the nearby Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof are always open and have most of the essentials you’ll need. Although check in is self service both Nick and Nina (hope I got their names right) who helped us were always there if needs be not butting in but ready when needed which was very nice, Nick and Nina were very friendly and looked after us with all questions and concerns we had, they would definitely persuade us to return to this hotel. Good job guys - Slainte from Ireland 🇮🇪!

Self-check in is easy short and not complicated might be a challenge in case of high number of visitors, no check out needed just drop your keys. Cashless hotel so currency is no issue, pay 20 extra euro for early check in which is very convenient for travelers and people coming via train at any time of the day

No mini bar , at least to keep a snack or a drink cool during the short stay. AC is not efficient, and I think this may be a problem during hot summer months. Very small room that make it challenge to walk around if you have large luggage. No trash bin in the room only in the rest room which is very very small.

The hotel was just opposite the station. Surprisingly in a clean and SAFE area. Exit from McDonald's. Clean hotel with an excellent and varied spread at the breakfast. I even got a gluten free freshly baked bread on request. Staff were very efficient and patient. My thanks and apologies to Sabine at Breakfast and Mohammad at reception for a misunderstanding from my side which they handled with utmost patience!

Feeding of data during check-in is no fun, considering everyone reaches Frankfurt after long journeys. (Alternately they should take all info before booking which can automatically fill up the forms during check-in ). I was not given a choice to choose my room by the automated system. Hence I got a 2nd floor room at the very back of the floor which was exactly 120 steps ( 90 mts!!! ) from the elevators 🙁. Another Major issue for me was that they had RUM hand and Body wash. This is not a great idea for a hotel catering to international travellers. At least toiletries should be NEUTRAL!!! So guests of all ethnicities can avail without confusion. Fortunately I had my soap which I used during my 4 day stay as they did not have any other body/hand wash.

The property was very nice and modern. Right across the street from the train station.

We had a cigarette hole in our bedsheet the first night we got there. We also put a “do not disturb” sign on our door, however they came in and made up the room anyways. Presumably they just changed the towels because the cigarette hole was still there when we returned to the room. It’s also right across the street from the train station which is good if traveling. However there were several groups of men (on every corner) who were incredibly sketchy. My assumption is that they were dealing drugs. I was approached be men at every corner. Not a place for a solo woman to venture out alone.

Very nice hotel. It provides the opportunity for an easy self check-in process. Also, there is a self-service mini market in the hotel, which works 24/7. The breakfast was very good. I especially recommend this hotel if you travel to Frankfurt to participate in the marathon as the hotel is about a 1km walk from the start and finish lines. Also, it is right in front of the main railway station, so there are easy connections to other cities and the airport.

The area around the hotel was a bit shady. I wouldn't say that I felt in danger however, I recommend avoiding any eye contact and replying to strangers in streets near the main station. Also, not a big deal but other hotels offer to store your luggage for free for a few hours after check-out. I was refused this and recommended to use the lockers at the main station, which is still convenient but it did cost me 6 EUR.

Good hotel for those who want a comfortable overnight stay in Frankfurt in a central area and near to main train station. Hotel seemed renovated. There is no reception - there are check-in consoles (computers) where you can enter information and collect key-cards (there was one guy from the hotel though in case you run into problems) - for us it worked seamlessly. Room was clean, and even though it was small, the space was nicely designed. Good amenities (TV, chairs, desk, mirrors, closets, charging sockets and reading lights on both sides of the bed, good lighting, Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer). Bed was comfortable. Separate blankets were provided for double bed, as requested. Bathroom was clean and had a shower. There was a tiny supermarket in the hotel to buy essentials, drinks and snacks (very expensive though). Really good price / value overall for this hotel.

The room and bathroom were small. There was no fridge (which would have been really helpful). The shower door was not closing properly and therefore water was leaking out on the bathroom floor. In the night, it got cold in the room - and the heater in the room was not working at all! The breakfast was too expensive.

- As with many big cities, the proximity to the train station made walking at night feel unsafe. Could see drug deals taking place in the street below from hotel window. - Shower door leaked water and felt very dated. Also, there was a step-up into the shower, which felt unsafe. Overall, very happy with the stay. Just be aware that the location is not the best, but for the price and ease of traveling to and from the station, I would probably stay again.

The location is near by the main station, and many option restaurants in that area. The property itself is very soundproof and comfortable. They gave us a great Frankfurter breakfast and free sweet tiny apple at the lobby that was very nice. The last but the most important, their option with pay at property when doing reservation is very helpful for me, even though they’re not accepting cash, but still, very helpful for me.

The staff could’ve been more communicative, I know they were trying their best, but still need to be improved, especially at reception. The room kind of having a damp smell, I hope they can find a solution for that and everything will be perfect.

Great location!! Across from Frankfurt main train station. There are plenty of food choices in the train station and near by area. Very convenient. Room is good size. Bed is comfy. Staffs were wonderful. Situ, if I spell it right, was awesome ans extremely helpful. He fixed our issue in no time. He knows his job and very accommodating. Thanks Situ!!!

Bathroom had sewage smell. We needed to ask for a new room. Shower stall door cant be closed. The rest room got soaking wet from the shower.

I made several changes to my booking on very short notice but the hotel assisted me the entire time. They were very understanding and helped me with my requests. For the price, I would rate this highly given its close proximity to the train station. The room was adequate especially for a solo traveler transiting through Frankfurt like me. It is also worth spending a few more euros for the breakfast buffet! Lastly the idea of express check-in and check-out is brilliant.

The hotel name is a little confusing as there is another hotel right next to this with a similar name (and under the same management!). Apparently I was not the only one who tried to check-in the wrong hotel!
