The location is super convenient, close to many sights in Frankfurt city. It’s near the main train station (Frankfurt (Main) Hbf), U-bahn and tram stops. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach stores like dm, Rossmann, tegut, and REWE, as well as numerous restaurants. Although the hotel is near the train station, but it’s really quiet during the night. Plus, the staff is very friendly. When I arrived on Sunday noon and was in a rush to get to the University for conference registration, a lady at the Hotel’s lobby just kindly help me with check-in earlier.
The single room I stayed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was really stable.

The floor in the room could be cleaned a bit more, but apart from that, everything else is very satisfying.

Location is excellent - just a couple of minutes walk from the main train station. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the large shopping area. Staff were friendly and check-in was swift. Room is modern and bathroom was spotless clean. Towels were almost new and the internet was super fast. There is a small fridge in the room which is a plus. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Check out is at 12 which is good. There is an electricity socket next to the bed.

Nothing really. Just the AC was a bit noisy and did not cool the room to the designated temperature. It seems that it is centrally controlled at a preset temperature.

Location is right next to train station. Local neighbourhood is not much for ambience, but safe and across from Police station. Other hotels right beside, & 4 minute walk to train platforms, so good choice if needing early train or airport train. Quiet room, good washroom & bed. It is as advertised. Inside was modern & nice, excellent front desk staff.

literally next to the main station (left side). There is an entrance/exit on the left side of station, so you don’t have to walk pass the crowded main entrance. I was worried about the safety around the area, since the red light district is so near. Glad that there were no homeless people, thieves or junkies at this side of the station and there is a police post to ensure the safety. The hotel was small, room was also small, but the decoration was nice and everything was functional. My room was facing the main station, but when I closed the window, noises were totally shut off, great! The front desk lady and a gentleman were super attentive and friendly.

The window was definitely sound proof but if there is people check-in or out at night, can hear them from the corridor or upstairs. No big deal though. The mattress and pillow were overly soft, again no big deal I was too tired and fell in sleep instantly.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, perfectly located close to the main station with excellent connections to the airport. Polite staff, no fuss and a good balance between price and facilities. I saw a few reviews complaining about the neighbourhood, but they are really being overly sensitive. Like with most railway stations around the world, the neighbourhood is busy, can sometimes be noisy and crowded, but this location is much better than most other railway-adjacent hotels I stayed in. There were no dodgy loiterers, it was generally clean and the proximity to the station is a great advantage, especially if you are in transit.

This hotel was centrally located and across the street from the main train station. I had a great corner room with a balcony and it was spacious and the bathroom was a great size with great shower pressure. The wifi was good and the breakfast was okay but wasn’t included with the cost of the room.

The elevator was very small and barely fit one person and their luggage. There is construction going on in the area which can make catching a bus challenging but people are helpful.

We loved that the hotel was right across the road from the major train station. The room was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Whilst the location of the hotel is great with regard to the proximity to the station, unfortunately, and this is not any fault of the hotel at all, there were quite a few 'dodgy' characters hanging around the area, to the point where we did not feel comfortable walking into the old town after dinner.

Perhaps the breakfast was a bit plain - although all necessary foods were there. Not being picky, just nothing exceptional. Well, not the hotel's fault - but staying near Central Station means there can be dodgy persons. On the other hand, Frankfurt in general is safe and friendly place, so no worries unless you go searching for them :)

Hotel right next to the train station (Frankfurt Hbf), but in a quiet and safe-feeling location. Super convenient for getting to/ from the airport, as it takes only 12 min by S-bahn (S8, S9 run every 15 min). Nice clean room, on a small side. Comfortable beds, air-con, spacious bathroom; friendly reception. We asked for tea kettle and cups, and got them. Breakfast looked good, but we had to skip it to catch an early flight.

Nothing to complain.

Hotel was quite stylish, nice furnishings and deco. Weirdly tiny elevator was fun for the kids. Location to train station and shopping was key.

The gritty elements of the city has been mentioned a ton in reviews for this hotel and it's true but the police station is just outside. As an overnight it is fine.
