Beautifully clean and so handy for the train station. The room was generous sized and had everything I needed. Great value for money, I would stay again.

My only complaint is that check out is 12 noon. Housekeeping had entered my room twice by 10:40 despite me requesting to be left. The first time was in front of 9am and I feel that this is a little intrusive.

Hotel is well situated for Main Station and Messe Frankfurt EXPO centre. Ideal also for local restaurants and shopping. Rooms good size and very clean / functional. Staff excellent providing efficient friendly service. Nice free cookies and haribo in reception too.

Lack of power points and no USB points in room so problematic for using charging laptops etc. Room temperature difficult to get correct, and poor quality pillows, fixed by getting second pillow and something experienced in other German hotels. None of these things would stop me staying here in future.

We rented a small, top-floor suite for the evening. The hotel is across the street from the main train station, which makes it exceedingly convenient. The room was great....large and clean. The bedroom featured an ensuite bathroom with a shower, tub, heated floors, bath sheet, high-end toiletries, and a large walk-in closet with a trouser press. The main area featured a few sleeper sofas, a dining table with 4 chairs, a mini-fridge, a WC, and a small closet. Breakfast in the lobby area was terrific. Breakfast featured everything that you expect as part of a German breakfast. The pastries were particularly good.

The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, so be forewarned. Consider taking a taxi of Uber to a nicer area if you are in the mood for a walk.

There was no slope at the doorstep, only stairs. It was difficult for people with heavy luggages to get into the lobby.

1. Spacious hotel room. The room is really spacious w/ spacious bathroom as well. There's even a tiny walk-in closet where you could store your luggage/clothes. 2. Convenient location. Location is beside the central station. Really really convenient. 3. They serve breakfast at around 630AM - this is a very big plus for morning people. And they have a wide selection too.

1. No ramp from main road to the reception area (not that I carried my luggage). This is quite a hurdle, particularly if you have heavy bags. 2. No view from the window. Just the side/back of the train station w/ passersby.

If you are travelling through Frankfurt Central Station, the location is excellent. Just next to the station but still quiet. The room is spacious and well-equipped, including the Nespresso machine. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is roomy with a bathtub and shower cabin. The value for money is good.

Even though the check-in is from 14,00, when I arrived at 15,45, my room was not ready. I was asked to wait in a hotel bar for around half an hour. No explanation, no apologies, no complimentary drink or something. The better-trained staff at the reception desk, which includes a better knowledge of English, would be more than helpful.

Clean and convenient, I was very satisfied with my stay. Even though the Hbf area is not the nicest, this hotel is just right across the station, so you would barely have to walk through any of the not-so-nice area. I have never felt unsafe as a solo female going out and coming back to the hotel after dinner (there could be junkies in the Ubahn exit directly to the street where the hotel is located, but as far from what I saw, they just did their own thing. If that bothers you, it is better to get out from the main Hbf level and just cross the short street to the hotel) Would definitely recommend to those who is coming in and leaving at Hbf and need somewhere convenient and safe in the area.

I did not have breakfast. Location is good (main train station) but quite dangerous to walk at night if you take the wrong exit from the train station.

Booking mentioned free airport shuttle is available in this hotel and I even sent a note to the hotel in advance to book it. When I arrived, the hotel said that's wrong and happens quite often since they do not have a shuttle (other hotels in Frankfurt do have it). I called Booking customer center and they told me to take a taxi and send the receipt. I'm still trying to figure out how/ where to send the receipt. Booking is really good when everything works fine but when you need help, it's a nightmare!

We were extremely pleased with this hotel which came at the end of three months travelling in Europe and Canada. The location was excellent, opposite the north entrance to the main station. We saw nothing of the homeless, drug dealing problems that others mentioned for this area. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. The aircon was able to be altered in the room to suit yourself and the wifi was easy to access, free and very fast. The staff were pleasant and helpful. One morning we ate breakfast in the hotel and it was one of the best we had experienced on our travels. Such close proximity to the station made sightseeing easy. We would definitely choose this hotel when next in Frankfurt.

There was nothing to dislike. It is important to exit the station via the north exit, clearly indicated inside the station, not the main exit. This means you can see the hotel over the road as soon as you come out.
