Very comfortable room and very helpful staff. The shuttle service to the airport was very helpful.

I was surprised that it is called the Munich airport Marriott, however it was a half hour drive from the hotel to the airport. Very deceptive.

I booked 2 family rooms they were big enough and the bed was big and super comfortobal, the bathroom was clean and had all the needed things, the breakfast was good with enough varaities with good staff in the breakfast buffet, the reciptionist from Algeria was very nice guy also another guy was very respictful and welcoming I think he was Turkish or Pakistani am not sure, unfortunately I forgot thier names, the most important thing that the air condition was cooling well which made our stay comfortable as well, good hotel for last distination if you have your own car to check out to munich airport I think we will repete this experince again❣️

Food was good, my colleague said the breakfast was excellent although I never tried it. Attentive, courteous, and accommodating staff. Good location for my conference, no problems with wifi. Pool looked nice.

I could only adjust the fan in my room's AC, not the actual temp itself. It was always just a bit too warm to sleep, and the temp never really lowered no matter how low I placed the thermostat. The fan just blew harder. The fitness facility was not particularly well appointed and two of the machines were out of order the whole time I was there.

room facilities are great, the bed is a bit hard but everything else was great, the personnel is friendly, facilities and location are good

The buffet restaurant is not very good, which is strange as the breakfast is excellent, the shuttle service is limited and expensive

Staff were so so helpful to me and my sister, we had our flights cancelled with Luthuansa and i felt this hotel just made a horrible situation bearable with how nice all the staff were. Great hotel also, pool was quite and nice sauna and rain showers.

Location, location, location! I had a great view overlooking the central station while I was there. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were very patient and friendly for any and all questions I might have had. A very good experience!

Close to the business location where I needed to be. Spacious enough room, which was clean and well maintained.

Expensive food and drinks in-house, but that's to be expected!

we had the mediocre breakfast for $26 each but were also charged $14 for a cup of tea and a cup of coffee. seems a bit steep. the girl at the desk at checkout assured us that it wouldn’t be on our bill. not correct

I would like to give all my credit to the wonderful staff. I had an issue with my morning flight and I called them from the airport to ask is it possible to let me go back in my room, because my new flight was at the evening. They did their best to make me feel comfortable. Extremely kind people at the front desk!

The staff at the front desk was not very knowledgeable about the local area (food suggestions or information about churches).
