Shuttle service. I reserved this hotel because it said that they have airport shuttle which i couldn´t use because the lack of instructions of where to take it. I also sent an email asking for the shuttle and they gave me instructions not clear at all. I was waiting at the shuttle area ( and ther was also another guest waiting at the same area) and they never show. I had to take a taxi and the told me that I should have wait in another terminal.... they NEVER mentioned that before.. prove of it is that the other guest had to take a taki too And the drop off service cost $5.00 eu

The room was great, breakfast was good with lots of variety and the staff were very accommodating. Although there was no actual restaurant open for dinner at the hotel, there was pizza and tacos available in the lounge.

Very disappointed with the location. It is several KM away from the airport in a business park in a small town. There is a shuttle service but only at certain times and the only other convenient way to the airport is by taxi which my wife and I had to take in order to make our connection. That proved quite expensive.

At the time of booking, the most reasonable price among hotels near the airport. A comfortable, quiet though rather small room on the ground floor with a good bathroom, powerful shower. Handy fold-out work-surface with USB charging points. A prompt and reasonable shuttle to the airport (though only at certain times of the day). An excellent breakfast buffet.

The hotel looks close to the airport but in fact is 5 or 6 km from the airport by road, as it (like others) is on the opposite side of the runways from the terminals. Naff room decor (daft pictures). Evening food choice is limited to PIZZA!

Location was okay - getting to it was a bit of a challenge, but otherwise great. Facilities were fantastic - like a visit to the future. Breakfast was extraordinary. I'd come back just for that.

The website said a cab was 45 Euros each way, which was nearly a deal breaker, but I saw there was a shuttle so I justified the extra challenge. Waited at the airport for 2.5 hours until the shuttle started running. Got out 5 minutes early (in freezing weather) but the shuttle didn't arrive at stop 6. 30 freezing minutes later he pulled up and parked at bus stop 5. Turns out he'd been there, just at the wrong stop and without any signage on the outside of the vehicle. I could only spot him by seeing the little sign laying on his dashboard as he pulled up. Then the shuttle didn't run on Sunday and I learned it's less that 20 Euros to use Uber. I'll definitely do that next time.

Good location, modern design, comfy beds, good size of TV, parking just in front of the house

Not a single employee did pay attention to us during breakfast - we were the only ones and were sitting in the restaurant for about 45 mins. The only time we spotted someone was, when they came out to take themselves something from the buffet. Very odd and not the most efficient way to make your guests feel welcome. Furthermore the rooms were not cleaned properly. There were still some leftovers of someone using the toilet before us, even on the toilet seat.

Nice breakfast, hot foods, variety. Comfortable room and shower. Shuttle direct to and from hotel.

Food options for non-breakfast meals are minimal. Seemed relatively few guests but room was quite a distance from elevators. (Granted, it could have been in an effort to provide a quieter room.) Completely as expected, corporate business hotel. We’d come from a series of singular hotels so this seemed the typical airport hotel - nothing wrong with it, nothing unique.

liked the "settee" along the wall - a good place to put our luggage and whatnot. Shower was terrific. Really liked the free parking (even though our car was damaged by another guest). Liked that the soaps and creams were in dispensers rather than wasteful single use packages.

Bed was too soft. Would be nice to have a shuttle to the airport. Housekeeping staff should be advised that, when washing the surface around the sink, water can splash down the side and get the towels that are below wet. One of our towels was pretty wet and we didn't use it.

Our ground floor room was compact (but adequate), neatly furnished and extremely quiet, with the bathroom having a rain shower option. In addition, the bed was very comfortable and the room included an iron, hair dryer and safe, as well as an enormous television and tea /coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi worked well. Whilst there are no restaurants in the area, the hotel offers a limited choice of in-house evening dining (e.g. snitzel, pizza etc.) which proved more than adequate. Breakfast comprised a good buffet selection of hot and cold dishes, including fruit and cereals, as well as a variety of beverages & juices. Staff were friendly and courteous

We had one night stay for our flight next morning. It was beyond our expectation. The sitting and dining areas on the ground floor are spacious. Room is on the small end but very functional and modern. The location might not be close to nowhere, however we travelled by car so it was not a problem. It was about 10 mins drive to the airport. The check in was slow because many people arrived by shuttle and always very busy. Check out was smooth. Breakfast was good.
