Perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Rooms are a bit bright and there were no facilities to make a drink, not even a glass in the room to get a drink of water.

The place is super hip and fun. Great value for money and staff was sweet. Heated floors in bathroom Super comfy beds Nice power showers. Air charger for cell phones was a huge bonus as my plug won’t work in the sockets so I was super happy to have found that in the room.

The pickup spot for the shuttle was a bit confusing. Took me multiple calls to the property to figure out where to meet the shuttle driver. Wish they would put shuttle details someplace in booking confirmation. The hotel is a few miles away from airport and shuttle is extremely comfortable and service courteous.

The price was very reasonable for a hotel near the Munich airport. It was easy to reach the hotel by public transportation from the Main Train Station using the intercity train and then bus. The local bus drops you off right in front of the hotel. You can reserve a shuttle from the hotel to the airport and vice versa.

I did not like that you could not reach someone at the hotel directly when you called. Your phone call and message went to a central reservation system. Then, any correspondence afterwards was by email. I would have liked to talk to a live person to get bus directions to the hotel from the train station. This was done through an intermediary at 10:00 p.m. and was unsettling to me. In the end, everything worked out fine but I would have preferred talking directly to someone at this precise hotel location.

It is everything i was expecting for, a quick stop near the airport, clean, comfortable bed, good shower. The self check in and quick check out is a plus.

The only thing i would like to complain is the shuttle service, it cost 9 euro each way which is usually a free service for airport hotels. Also when I called the hotel to ask about the shuttle pickup service from the airport, the staff could not give me any information but told me to look for the shuttle in the airport myself, which is completely unhelpful and in the end I had to call for an Uber. Please have better training on this part for the employee.

Convenient to the airport

I read “Airport shuttle” and expected to see a shuttle outside or running regularly. The phone number provided was answered promptly but the person was remote and did not have any information or a contact number I could use. When I got to the hotel I was directed to self-checkin. I failed to make it work and later saw other people with the same issue. I also was able to arrange a shuttle back to the airport. I don’t mind paying the fee. If information was provided with my booking, I did not see it. Better contact information would have made the arrangements smoother

Did not eat breakfast. Location close to airport so = less travelling time. I lost a bag, Yvonne (Meier) at front desk was very helpful, kind and very professional e.g. she emailed me after I had left the hotel, to advise my bag had been handed in - this was appreciated. But please note other staff were very good too! - observant and anticipatory about all guest behaviour. I enjoyed the design details at the hotel… function + good aesthetics is always a winner! The shuttle bus drivers were careful and polite. All staff involved made my stay a great one!

When I made the booking, I made a request for shuttle bus and made it clear that I would be booking in at hotel between 23:00 and 24:00 hours. However, I was not informed that shuttle bus did not operate at that time. This made me feel stranded and contributed to me losing my bag. I was upset, as I’m sure you can understand.

The breakfast was as expected and worth its value (14 Euro). About 10 minutes by Taxi/Uber to the Airport. We went once to the city center with public transport. The hotel Stuff were very Unhelpful in guiding us. There are several buses able to take you to Hallbergmoos S Bahn Station and S Banh will take you to the City center.

Very long waiting while Check In although only 2 Check Ins were before us. We arrived early morning and asked to keep the luggage but answered that it's very busy day and maybe there will be not enought space for our luggage. When we insisted, the luaggage room opened and was totally empty and there was no problem to store 2 trolleys + 3 bags.

Staff was very friendly, easy check in, room was nice and quiet, due to early departure I could not enjoy breakfast but from looking at the setup it was amazing. I liked that there was a shuttle to the airport and also the proximity to the airport

The room was clean, but there was a big hand print on one mirror and a smudge on another mirror The mattress was a little hard for me and the size of the room is very limited, don't know if you could open a regular suitcase on the floor. I also hoped for body lotion in the bathroom Since I arrived by train, it would have been nice to get the option arriving by public transportation from Munchen Hauptbahnhof on your website.

the hotel is 7 minutes drive from the airport they have a shuttle you can book they dont serve dinner , but there is a very nice PIZZA place 1 minute walk from the hotel and they serve till 21:30 at the place and if you arrive a little later you can order out and eat at the hotel. wireless charging near the bed overnight parking 10 EUR

I had a package waiting for me at the desk and the guy at the desk couldn't find it , I told him I have confirmation from the hotel the package arrived , but he was inpatient with me and said he cant help me with that. the girl next to him was busy at that point but she said she will look for the package in a few minutes. when the guy heard that he went to the back again and found the package. I dont know why the guy at the desk acted this way on that day, we arrived to the same hotel a few days later and he was nice and helpful. I guess he just had a bad day , could happen to anyone

The Hotel is very close to the Airport, windows well insulated, Underfloor heating in Bathroom. The Design is very unique, fun, loud and provides only absolute basic features. The bed was very comfortable, a second cushion each would have been great, very clean and seems to be a new Hotel. Lighting is very bright, but it features effective indirect LED lighting. They made great use of Foyer and Breakfast area, sort off an open meeting place with Bar.

Rooms are very small. Be aware with breakfast, the website states it is Euro 13,90 when you pay after, but they slug you with an extra Euro 5,00 each for not booking ahead, and with the exchange to AUS$ we paid $67,80 for 2 sandwiches and 2 Coffee... A 2-course-Dinner at the Italian Restaurant opposite was cheaper !!! Everything you buy from the fridge is expensive, cheaper in the Restaurant opposite too. They also charge for Euro 10,00 per day for the carpark, though it is in a relatively remote area.
