I rented a room for one night before my flight and all was very good. I didn't want to order breakfast but was able to buy coffee in the morning and the coffee was good again )) The hotel has an "TO" airport transfer, the price was ok. There are vending machines at the hall if you check-in in the evening and want smth to snack. I didn't see any shops in the nearest neighbourhood, IMHO there're only hotels there. There's a self-checking process, which was perfectly fine with me. The most difficult thing for me was to get to the hotel. I had 2 heavy bags and was hoping to take a taxi from the airport, but the price for the taxi was really high that day (more than 20 euro for a short ride as far as I remember). Thus I decided to take another option and went by bus. Unfortunately it was late (~9pm) and the buses were rear. I took the first one suggested in the comments, but this bus stopped me in 100500 meters from my hotel =))) Will try to remember the bus number and write somewhere in comments later. Then it took at least half an hour for me to get to the hotel, at night, along, sleepy and exhausted, it was terrible )))) Anyway the place is good if you know how to get there =))

There are no restaurants near but there is a short cut that leaves from the corner of the parking lot and it is just a short walk to a gas station that has good sandwiches, Beer and Wine. 3 minute walk. To get there from the airport you have to take a train one stop and then take the bus. This you need to research exactly otherwise you will hike all over the airport looking for the bus and it does not go there. Great location to take the bus to the train and go into Munich. Shuttle in the morning is great to the airport.

Very convenient by car to airport, although I understand there is a shuttle. Excellent quality for the price. Very clean, and cleverly efficient use of small space. The room is small, but adequate for a night or two. Lots of electrical outlets, good reading light, small desk for computer. Solid Wi-Fi. Didn't use food possibility, although the pizza smelled good. Updated design.

Without a car it would be hard to get food except what's at the hotel. The hotel is at the edge of a small industrial park away from the nearest village, and about halfway between Freising and Erding. (15 minutes or so to either) Both worth a visit and with great beer and restaurants.

Its an affordable option close to the airport and is comfortable enough for a short stay.

Reaching this place from the city if you don’t have a car is actually a pain in the ass. Specially From the closest bahnof to reach this area where the hotel is located is quite tricky and involves long waiting for only one local bus that serves that route in the evening after7pm. Also there isn’t a real restaurant in the hotel or in the immediate surrounding so if you reach late, dinner options are quite limiting.

The first room in which I was placed had a strong smell of someone having smoked there recently. Despite turning on the air conditioner to maximum, the smell remained, so I asked for a new room. The staff (in particular Nicolina) confirmed the problem and placed me in a better roomm right away, you don't always get such rapid response from staff.

It'S a bit awkward to get to the airport by public transport, though there is a shuttle every half hour.

Everything was nice, stay-related documents were already prepared by the staff, we have performed the check-in on the computer at the entrance (our flight arrived quite late), I was lucky to still find a parking spot on the property premises (parking lot was almost full). The room was generous enough, the beds were very large and comfy (queen sized bed + bunk beds), hotel is very close to airport. Pleasant street, good rest, very true soundproofing (either that or I was very tired).

Unfortunately there was complete radio silence from the property staff when I asked few questions (COVID-19 related, other details related to our stay)

Super convenient for the airport. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the airport, which we didn’t use because we had the car. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was small, but that’s to be expected for the price we paid. The lady on reception told us about a nice Italian restaurant, Girasole, a 10-minute walk away from the hotel on the business park. We had dinner there and the food was delicious and good value with friendly service. The hotel also offers pizzas, but we didn’t try them. You can also book breakfast, which again we didn’t try due to our early departure time. Reception wasn’t staffed overnight but we saw that there was a self-check-in point just inside the front door which then gives you the access code to the hotel itself and your room. I liked the keyless access.

Our room was quite warm but there were signs on the windows asking guests not to open them due to mosquitoes (there is a little stream in front of the hotel, which I suppose must be a breeding ground).

Easy check in. Very convenient location to the MUC airport. Family room is small for four with not much storage but clean and sufficient for one night. Airconditioning & wifi worked great.

You cannot drive and drop of luggage right by the reception. It’s a little bit of a walk around the house. approximately 30 meters, not great if it’s raining. Expensive breakfast for the choices given. €10 for a continental breakfast with jams, cold cuts and boiled eggs plus some cereals, coffee and juice.

Closed to the airport (if you travel by car) otherwise there is a shuttle every half an hour until the evening. The coffee machine works 24/7. Ok place to stay for a night before the flight - not more than that.

The room was a little small, with a bad smell within the bathroom, and not a clean toilet. After 23:00 there is no stuff in the hotel and no one to communicate with.

I was a bit nervous about checking in to a place without staff. I had read reviews from a few other travellers who felt uncomfortable about being 'in the middle of nowhere' at night. But I got a friendly taxi driver who made me feel at ease and I found the staff had left a message for me before they left. I thought the location was convenient -- close to the airport. And staff reappeared in the morning to prepare breakfast.

I was grumbling about my airline (nothing to do with the hotel) I was expecting to arrive at 7 PM but due to a 3 hour delay, my flight arrived at 10 PM. However, this did not cause any serious problems.
