Everything was excellent, the room was clean without any comments, only the room cleaning was every other day which is not an issue, since the room has no kettle the staff offer hot water without any hesitation. the breakfast was good with less variety for Muslim (in term of Halal food.) it will be great to have halal option at hotle for half-board option. the parking was excellent easy to get to the room.

I recommend to at lest remove the trash everyday from the room specially for the family rooms. the shower open to the entrance so it is not easy to use the room with kids above age 7 or adults (depends on Customs and traditions of every society (not suitable for Arabs and Muslims).

Perfect if you want a hotel near the main town street but still wellness amenities. Very good concept with many modern features. The breakfast was great. Our room was really clean and modern. The pool was really nice and the gym offered many different devices and tools.

During breakfast on our first day we heard how two waitresses made racist comments after a group of other guests left their table a bit untidy. Their behavior was quite unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable in that situation. However the rest of the staff was very kind and professional.

Lovely modern clean hotel with a great spa. it is in a fantastic location to explore garmisch and the surrounding area using the cob train. The room was very clean and has a great view. Breakfast and dinner were a buffet with a fantastic selection of very well prepared foods to choose from. The salad selection at dinner was particularly nice each night. Water and wine were included with dinner and coffee and cake hour 3-4pm was a nice touch.

Air-conditioning in the rooms would absolutely make this hotel. In July the temperatures are around 27-33 degrees and this makes it very hot in the rooms at night. The sauna/spa area is a no textile area (naked) where you are not allowed to wear a swim suit, which we in the UK are not used to, and it did put me off using that area.

Beds weren’t comfortable, very small towels. I like the sustainability-concept, but a bottle of water for free would have been nice.

Great spot to stay for a few days. Close to train and bus station and local activities/attractions as well as a convenient Lidl across the road, although you may not need it as the restaurant and bar are great and there's a small self-service shop in the hotel too. Fantastic breakfast buffet, free cakes in the afternoon, tea and coffee always available. Room is nice and comfortable with decent views. Pool and spa area is impressive, can easily spend many hours there. This was one of the more expensive hotels we've booked but it was definitely worth it, we felt like we could properly relax here without feeling like we're "wasting" time on holiday by not going out. Will stay again for sure.

The pool bar closed at 6pm and it's only around then that all the children usually leave the pool area, would have been really nice to be able to grab a drink after that. The room can be a bit stuffy in hotter months as there's no air conditioning or fans, so if there's no breeze through the window the room is still. There's no mini fridge for keeping any drinks/snacks cold if you've brought anything from outside.

The location and the pool. It's very centrally located and the city centre can be easily reached on foot. The pool was very nice and big and they also had a kids pool for babies and toddlers. They have a very nice lobby with a Nivea shop and they serve coffee and cake for free in the afternoon.

I didn't like that there were no extra swimming/sauna towels provided. The towels in the room were very small. The presentation of the breakfast was very nice. However, the variety and taste could be better for this type of hotel grade. Similarly, the dinner could be more varied. I was also disappointed that there were no typical packs of hotel shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. I understand that the hotel is trying an eco-friendly approach, but the price was rather steep considering that the facilities in the room were quite basic.

New hotel, well designed, with a beautiful wellness / pool area, for us with kids the first choice in Garmisch. Good and various breakfast, also dinner toasted good. Our room has had a great Mountain View and was located perfectly to the olympic ice rink, the train station and not too far away from the city centre. Modern and light underground parking.

Small rooms, but devided perfectly compared to the small size. Didn't know, that there is clean-up only every second day. Fine for me, but would have been great, to know at least with the check-in. While the rest of the hotel is really well and warm designed, the buffet area feels "cold" and sterile. No good coffee, also not for paying extra you would have had a chance to grab a tasty cappuccino from a portafilter, only a fully automatic coffee machine was provided, even at the bar.

Staff, breakfast, pub grub were great. Bought plenty in the Nivea shop! Public spaces in hotel really nicely designed

Kaffee und Kuchen was a daily hit! The facilities are warm and inviting. The pool and spa area is amazing, and we took advantage of the massage services. It definitely lends itself toward a healthy, romantic, spa type of getaway. If you want an easy, relaxing, getaway, all-in-one type of vacation, this is it. Staying at one of the local guesthouses or hotels is also a great idea, particularly if you want affordable experiences or a local/German feel, but this place goes above what those places can give you, if you are looking for that. The breakfast was excellent, although I remember a few things from last year that I sadly missed during this year's stay. The staff kept up with the high amount of tour groups staying at the hotel this week. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff is fluent in English as well as German (I cannot attest to any other languages).

Our first time staying at the hotel was in 2021, while there were still pandemic measures and festivals being shut down. This year tourism was in full swing and there were daily tour groups in and out of the hotel. Tons of Americans, luggage and busses at the lobby. I'm not sure if it's because we stayed during Passion Play season in Oberammergau... It's great for the hotel and business! However, our first stay was a bit more romantic and Garmisch-like without the bus loads of people congregating in the lobby or trying to work the coffee machine. Im sure the tours stay here because the hotel can accommodate all of the people, but this hotel provides way more than can be enjoyed for a quick overnight stay. The hotel dealt with it as well as they could have.

The most convenient location of a hotel, Wellness facilities were great. The breakfast was superb with lots of options to choose from. A pleasant surprise was a Chromecast built-in into the TV which simplified media streaming on some evenings. It was utmost convenient to be able to get fresh towels wherever you needed them (especially in the sauna area). Another small but positive detail about sauna was an access to a tap water (with glasses that were regularly changed) without an extra charge. A fitness room features among various cardio-machines also a dumbbell rack and a cable machine and a barbell rack.

Unfortunate transparency of a shower cabin in the room, more privacy would be appreciated. During our week-long stay we had several times our bed sheets and towels changed however it seems that not once the floor was cleaned (at least vacuumed).
