The size of the bedroom & bathroom and how is the stuff is a high quality brand new. Comfort place to spend your time in. I really recommend it.

Very friendly staff especially later during our stay when we needed help answering some of our queries. I forgot the name now of the little (stature) lady. She was truly amazing in her understanding and supporting our needs. We requested if we could grab a coffee and make a sandwich early in the morning as we checked-out very early to visit the Zugspitze on our last day. The previous days weather was abdominal. They gave us a real nice breakfast, or lunch, box and really enjoyed it during our travels. The breakfast in the morning is great, nutritious, plentiful and it will support an active day too. WiFi was really great too although every day you had to resubmit connectivity.

Bedding (sheets) were of a material which me and my spouse did not like at all. It made us stick to matrass and feel very uncomfortable. I guess it's not pure cotton or the matrass couldn't "breathe". The room was not completely clean at all upon our entry with some dust on the bedside tables. (to be fair they did offer us into the room earlier then the check-in time of 15:00).

Excellent place to stay, really good value for money. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the ski slopes, a big supermarket and the town centre. All within 10 mins walk. The staff is friendly and helpful, pretty accommodating of any request. The room we had (family of three) was huge with a nice balcony. Beds were comfortable and you can regulate the temperature to your liking. The room was serviced everyday and was pretty clean. The room had a coffee machine with capsules and a kettle, coffee pods and teas was stocked up everyday. The bathroom had all amenities (shampoo, body wash, lotion and conditioner) and it was quite spacious. The hotel provides many amenities like complimentary water on the room. They also provide free towels for the swimming pool which is amazing as you don’t need to pack yours on top of all the ski gear. They offer parking which is in a garage just next to the main entrance. The garage has a small station to do a quick car clean (mirrors, windshield, etc). It also has a small room to leave your ski gear with warm hangers for the ski boots. The swimming pool was smallish but fairly nice, they open from 7 am to 10 pm which is great as it gives plenty of time for people to enjoy it. Breakfast was included in our rate. It’s a buffet style with a good selection of savoury and sweet, also bread teas and coffee. What else to say. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend!

Located just in a great zone where you are 15 minutes walk away from the ski lift & the main streets with great restaurants. The staff is extraordinarily helpful & friendly, not only at the reception but also at the restaurant. If you are visiting with your dog, this hotel is a great choice, there was a dog bed, bowls & food at the room when we entered. Our room was in the entrance floor with a balcony that has view of the garden & mountains. Breakfast is perfect - more than enough variety & kids friendly. Overall we loved the hotel and we will be back 🤞🏼

The only think i can comment is the lack of a lobby.

Love the inner courtyard, nice staff, pool, kids play area, breakfast, nice showers (superior room booked), style, and view of the mountains. The staff had a mix-up with the rooms, so we figured ended up with a room without air conditioning. They actually upgraded one of our rooms to a deluxe room for free to resolve the issue.

The signage for accessing some of the rooms through the parking garage is not clear/sufficient. The reception staff should probably also mention that some rooms are not accessible via the lift from the garage.

The hotel's location exceeded our expectations; it was central but far enough out where you weren't tripping over other tourists. The hotel is easy to reach by foot (for example, from the train station), car or bus. And Garmisch is right on your doorstep. The staff were really friendly and attentive to every need. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and offered something for every taste. We really enjoyed the view of the Alps while eating or sitting on the terrace.

As a family-friendly hotel, it was sometimes a bit louder in our room when the guests above us started to move furniture around. If you don't have a ground-floor room or a large family staying directly above you, it's probably not an issue. The trade off was having a nice terrace directly off of our room and easy access to the restaurant terrace and pool!

The staff was exceptionally helpful. We got in rather later than expected and Yulia was just terrific. She made a great dinner recommendation and called ahead. The next night we asked for another recommendation and she was spot on not only with a terrific place, but again called ahead and made sure there was a table waiting for us. We also had great interactions with Mohammad who answered questions about the area and made sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel very welcome and we wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel was perfect, it exceeded all our expectations. We had an excellent room, a good size, with a coffee and tea station, which was great as we stayed for 5 days. The pool was great, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, with healthy alternatives, eggs, fruits, the breads were very good, the location could not be better, in short, everything was perfect. Would go back every time
