Whenever I stay at a hotel or a hotel apartment, I always hope to feel like a valued guest from the moment I step in or at least get what I have paid for. This hotel apartment has exceeded all my expectations and is by far the best I've ever experienced. The staff are incredibly welcoming, supportive, and amazing. Additionally, the location offers a stunning view of the mountains and is just a short walk from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Hauptbahnhof. I will definitely be returning again and again.

We recently stayed at this aparthotel right outside the main train station. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and the room was very clean and tidy. We stayed for a week and appreciated the welcoming staff, especially Sabina, who was cheerful and incredibly helpful. She even escorted us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. Most communication with the staff was done via WhatsApp, as the front desk isn't always staffed. This wasn’t an issue for us, and we actually found it quite efficient. The hotel also has an in-house gym, and while there is a sauna available, it requires an additional fee. Including it in the room rate would make it even better. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay with a convenient location and friendly staff.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The room lacked basic toiletries like shower gel etc. When I mentioned this at check-out, they mentioned they would have provided it if asked, but I think these should be standard. Additionally, guests are responsible for taking out their garbage to the basement, and there’s no housekeeping during the stay. For a week-long stay, I believe at least one cleaning session should be included—having to do this on a holiday takes away from the experience a bit.

The apartment is in a great location very close to the railway station and bus terminal and a Lidl grocery store. We had lovely views over the railway station towards the mountains. It was an easy walk from the apartment to shops and restaurants in the Garmisch and Partenkirchen areas. The station to travel to Zugspitze is also close to moun10 and that was a wonderful trip on a sunny day. We were given a guest card which provided travel in the area and we used it to travel by bus to Oberammergau and Mittenwald which we found easier than driving and finding parking in these busy areas. We actually returned our rental car a week early as we found we weren't using it since it was so easy to get around by public transport. We found the apartment very spacious and homely. We cooked most meals here and found everything we needed in the kitchen. It was great to have a washing machine and we were given a clothes drying rack when we asked if one was available as we prefer drying clothes that way. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Moun10 was truly wonderful! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Sabina, who personally escorted us to our apartment and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ms. Sabina’s friendly demeanor and warm smile made a lasting impression on us. She was always attentive to our needs, ensuring that we felt cared for throughout our stay. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch, making our experience both pleasant and memorable. My kids and I loved our time at Moun10, and Ms. Sabina played a big part in making it so special. A big thank you to her and the team for such excellent hospitality! We will definitely come back again 🥰

I called via WhatsApp a day before to ask for an early checkin and at the call time was told they will do the best but can't promise (we decided i will call again when i land) a few hours later i got a call saying my room will be ready at 1pm. Unfortunately we ended up being late and just wrote a message to the hotel and all was well. We got a room on the third floor in the opposite direction of the train station and had the windows open our entire stay. There was a bit of pedestrian noise especially on Friday and Saturday night but nothing special. The biggest noise was the rain which sounded like horses trotting. Couldn't hear the train at all. The apartment was big comfortable and clean The fridge is on the small side but if you are not doing major cooking its just fine. There were plenty of dishes and they were in good state. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were big and felt very clean. One tiny suggestion for improvement, more lights (or brighter lights). Felt a little dark even with all the lights on. I asked for an umbrella on a rainy day and was given one which was very helpful The garage (extra pay which i knew when booking the apartment) was very comfortable. We were very close to the elevator. There is a lidl within a short walking distance and the garemish pedestrian street is also a fairly short walk. Though we did take the bus one time which is free with the guest card The photos of the apartment in booking show the apartment as it really is.

The weather. Very glad we booked this apartment since we stayed in it more than i planned due to rain

We did not like the “personnel service level at the Cafe” Seemed put off by English speaking customers and had difficulty with international credit cards… showed a bad disposition to serve their client. We did not return to the Moun10 Cafe after first morning. I went by the Moun10 business next door , got a beer and inquired about the breakfast. Was told I was not a customer of the Hostel and to put the beer back. The disposition of the attendant at the desk was very ugly!!! What’s going on with your service employees???

A spacious, modern apartment with excellent amenities and a prime location. The space is exceptionally clean, filled with natural light, and features excellent soundproofing despite being near the station. The balcony offers stunning mountain views, adding to the overall experience. Key conveniences include a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a bean-to-cup coffee machine for fresh coffee anytime. Cogwheel station and a supermarket are within walking distance, and there’s a cafe next door serving decent food. A special mention to the staff — Mr. Ibrahim was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. We appreciated the early check-in, as we were tired after our long train ride.

It will be good if shower gel and shampoo are provided.

It was the perfect accommodation, clean and fresh-looking. The staff were polite and very warm and super nice. The apartment had all the equipment and accessories necessary for everyday life. The rooms have thick triple glazed windows, so you basically do not even hear the trains passing by. The food store “Lidl” is located just a five-minute walking distance from the accommodation. The apartment has its own dining place and there is also a very good Italian restaurant and cocktail bar just around the corner. Parking is possible in the spacious underground garage for a reasonable additional price. The trains to Eibsee and to the cable car Zugspitze station depart from across the railway.

Everything was perfect! There was nothing to dislike!

Staff was excellent. They gave me a full run down of the hotel and walked me through the room and showed me how to use the dishwasher and oven (because it was all in German). The location was great. It was walkable to anywhere in GP and right next to the train station, grocery store, and a breakfast/late night cafe for food with good clientele. Underground parking was great. I came and went a few times. It's super safe as well. We walked at night and had no problems. The hotel is very modern. The outdoor patio was nice and even though the train station is right in the backyard, there are rows of trees to block it and once the sliding door is shut, it's soundproof. Personally, I loved listening to the train whistles, so I kept the windows open a lot.

There is no air conditioning in the room, which is usual for Germany. The hotel did have a few fans in the unit which helped but it was still very warm during the night in August. Other than that, we had no issues.

The location is excellent, right next to the train station. The apartment is spacious, well decorated, has enough space to put clothes, and the kitchen has great equipment. The external soundproofing is very good; when you close the doors you can't hear any noise from the trains. The building is located next to a condominium, so you really feel like you're living there. A special compliment to the staff. All of them are very friendly and helpful, they give lots of useful tips. I forgot some small items there and the staff contacted me and sent them to me by mail.

I found the sofa uncomfortable, well below the level of the rest of the apartment. The internal soundproofing is not as good as the external soundproofing. One night I could hear the children in the apartment above jumping and screaming until late at night.
