right in front of hbf. literally 10 steps was all needed. 24 hrs reception. our train was delayed and we ended up arrived at 2 am. the front desk staff were waiting for us and helped us check in efficiently. despite located right infront of main road & hbf, not even a tiny little beep can be heard. managed to get 8 hrs sleep peacefully. room was small but comfy. cozy design.

they were supposed to provide baggage handling service. our flights was at 8pm but we were told they cannot accept baggage at the moment coz reserved for another big group that will be checking in(i still dont get it ) ; so we shall store it at the train station at it cost 2 euro only. No sir, for 30 kg baggage size it cost me 6 euro per locker and i needed 3. It was 18 euro total! It was right into weekend and hard to find available locker ( waited for 2 hrs) so ended up strolling around with 30kg baggage.

Clean and cosy room, modern bathroom, fully styled and decorated. Good bed. Propper single room, not less styled or equiped like many single rooms tend to be in hotels. Only a few minutes from the train station to the hotel, very convenient for travelling by train.

On the 'worst' side of the station, not a part of town you want to hang out on your own late at night. Especially as a woman. The only thing the room lacks is a coffee/tea making facility, other than that very nice room.

Very clean bedding and rooms.Good that it had a lift albeit a small one.Other areas clean also Stayed twice and would stay again.Great that there was a restaurant so close,access right off hallway.Good food there and pleasant staff

My bathroom was really cramped but functional .Had a great shower.Bedroom was good size First time staying single bedroom was small .The bedrooms could have done with some heating as bedrooms was a bit cold. A little expensive considering no tea or coffee facilities.

the room was very clean, new, big bed comfortable. I liked the helpful staff. One can left the lagguge the whole day at the reception. Location is next to the central station, a lot of transport options and a plenty of sightseeings.

location is very easy but we confused ourselves and go in the area of St. George, there were visible a big quantity of homeless people but if you find the location of the hotel right away you will be safe.

The location was perfect and practical for my trip travelling through Hamburg by train. I valued the cleanliness.

Despite soundproofing, I did hear loud music from somewhere outside nearby. I didn’t complain because it was in a place one could expect noise late at night. Another time I will consider packing ear plugs to assure a quiet sleep (I had to sleep early and get up early). However, I did fall asleep quickly despite being noise sensitive and had a good night’s rest anyway, so all was good. I mention this for anyone who is sensitive to noise. I would still return here another time, but with ear plugs just in case.

It was a compact single quiet room with a modern standard. Bathroom perfect and bed large and comfortable. The room was a bit cold when I arrived but there was a heater that I could turn on and then it was fine.

The entrance is a bit dodgy. Close to the central station so that was expected, but I knew that and for me it was crucial that I was close to the train station since I had a morning train the next day.

The location is good when you want to be close to the city and the train station. And though it is very central, you couldn't hear any noise from the outside. The room was cosy and very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly, too.

It's nothing major, but my bed was rather short (I'm 1.75cm tall and the bed stopped at my ankles) but since I travelled alone, it was no issue, I slept diagonal. I'm not sure whether all beds are the same lengths, it might be different in other rooms. The TV reception was temperamental too, no connection for the most part of the evenings. This may have been due to building works. I was out during the day anyway and at night I used my phone (free WiFi worked perfectly), so again it wasn't a big deal but if a TV is a must for others, ask first.

It's just right outside Hamburg's main train station so it's super convenient especially for early morning or late night arrivals. The room was surprisingly nice, cozy and have the amenities needed for short stays. The bathroom was tiny but was well maintained and there's enough space to hang clothes and towels, plus the shower area was glass-enclosed.

The elevator was tiny and there's a few steps up before you get to the lobby so if you're carrying heavy luggage, it would be challenging to carry up... the reception is on the other building unit (Boutique 051) so you checkin there, go out to get to your room at Boutique 053 - this could be an inconvenience when the weather isn't too good and if you have a lot to carry

Only transiting via Hamburg Hbf, so simple nightstop convenient to station required - which is exactly what I got. You check in at sister hotel (056, 059, can't recall) a couple of doors down and room card lets you into 053. Room is very compact, but everything you need is there and perfectly clean and serviceable. More than pleased at the price. Hotel is visible from station entrance, so couldn't be more convenient. Seemed to be plenty of places to eat in the area, one of which (Bauman's Bierbar) was excellent.

I can't fault the place itself, though after I'd eaten, I walked around the adjacent couple of blocks to stretch my legs. Once off the Kirchenallee, the side streets felt a little intimidating, even to one who is 1.93m tall and of confident bearing. Possibly just down to tiredness after a long travel day, but still, I didn't feel good about that.
