Ok breakast buffé with e.g. warm bread (several types), yoghurt, juice, coffe, croissant, hard boliled eggs, scrambled eggs. The elevator goes to the third flour, for the rest you have to take the stairs. You get a key with which you can enter the hotel at any time. I also like that they kept my bag while I was running the marathon. Friendly staff.

There is a fan or something that gives a sound during the night. The location is good, close to the station. Some of the nearby streets do not feel safe

The room was a good size, with a nice bathroom. There was a mini fridge and a kettle in the room to make your own tea or instant coffee. It was clean and comfortable, with a very good continental breakfast - a variety of cereals, spreads, breads, cold meats & cheeses. We were very impressed with the value for money, which also included the free breakfast. The staff were nice and helpful, considering we only spoke English and no German.

The surrounding area, being close to the train station was not so nice, as homeless people are on the streets and at the station. However the Condor Hotel's proximity to the central railway station was excellent - only a 2 - 3 minute walk away. Great for a transit stay.

The staff at reception and at breakfast the following morning were efficient and helpful. The location is convenient, just a two-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof but located on a side street away from the bustle of the station area. The hotel offers basic accommodation but had a comfortable bed, a TV with a couple of English-language channels, a kettle, a decent shower, and reliable wifi for basic browsing, though I was on the ground floor and that may have helped.

The area near the station is not one where one feels comfortable. 2015 has changed Germany, and not for the better. The dubious area is the price one pays for proximity to the Hauptbahnhof, but exercise caution at all times.

Excellent location 2 minutes on foot from Hamburg HBF. Spacious, well-lit room, despite mediocre first impression of the building. Decent service and acceptable breakfast.

No lift or wheelchair access. Very uncomfortable pillows, especially the lump of something on the 3rd bed. 2 fridges, but neither was operational. Some rather ancient-looking, yellowed toilet paper. One flashing light bulb.

Staff polite and friendly. Location is excellent for Hamburg Hbf but there were noisy people outside during the night at any hour, perhaps not such a surprise for this location. Room (3rd floor, there's a lift if required) and bedroom were spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

The room was fine, spacious, acceptably clean, and the breakfast was very decent. There was an electric kettle in the room.

Although I don't doubt that the room was done, a thorough clean up is missing. There are spider webs in the ceiling, and some of the white towels are a bit stained. I missed more variety of fruits for breakfast (there were only 2 this time). Improving these two aspects would make a sure 9/10.

Great location for city centre, many art and theatre attractions, and all transport options just a 3 minute walk. Return to the airport was just 30 mins door to door and basic single HVV ticket. Lots of food and bar options in the area. Would recommend the Badshah round the corner on Bremer Reihe 24, for a curry and especially the mango lassi.. Lovely staff, really helpful. Excellent breakfast. Room had everything we needed. Really appreciated the kettle, though bring your choice of beverage. Great value place to enjoy a central location.

Great location. Close to the central station and all communications. I had window towards the inside of the building. Was not bothered by trafic or noises so that it became a problem. A nice small hotel

The Wifi in the hotel did not allways work. Some technical problems perhaps. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

It's closeness to Hauptbahnhof. Smooth Check-in. Nice staff. Nice small single bedroom/small bed, with a basin. Basic but comfortable. Clean bathroom/toilet. Heating system is sufficient if it gets cold. Wide window by the bed. Electric kettle is a big plus. Good Wifi. Rich breakfast. Leave luggage after check out.

The location is good because it is very central and close to the Central Station. Breakfast was good for the price.

The surrounding area is not good (it is good because is central and close to the train station), but the area doesn’t look safe, is very dirty, full of homeless.
