Amazing location, walking distance to central to the main attractions, bus, and train! The extra fleece blanket was super warm during the winter, and it was a nice touch to get a packet of gummy bears on my pillow. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful and encouraging of my elementary German! I was also able to store my luggage when I arrived earlier than my check-in time.

I didn't mind this at all but some travelers may find this a discomfort: The reception area, elevator, and rooms are very small! I was a solo traveler with only a carry-on bag, so this did not really matter for me. But it maybe a hassle and you may need to use the stairs instead of elevator if you have a lot of bags/oversized bags. The elevator barely fit me and my carry-on, or 2 people if neither have luggage. The small room was fine for me, but if you have a lot of bags or have more than 1 person in a room, it may be a bit tight. I was mostly outside exploring, and again with just 1 luggage, this was no problem for me.

Small but comfortable. Ability to open windows is nice for fresh air. The fridge with minibar was nice when arriving late and wanting a beverage. Staff were friendly. Close to the riverfront, and there are many nice restaurants very close by that you can walk to.

The hotel confirmed an early check-in when I made my reservation (I was arriving after an overnight international flight). However, when I arrived the room was not ready and I had to wait 2 hours before I could check in and get some rest.

Exceptional visit in all respects! Value for price, location, cleanliness, unexpected amenities and fabulous buffet breakfast! We'll be back!

Honestly, nothing that was the fault of the hotel. Work was being done on the train tracks nearby at 1:00 am for over an hour that was noisy but apart from that, the room itself was very quiet.

The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the location was amazing!! We had the U and S station right near the hotel and the harbour was within a 2-min walking distance. We were easily able to get to the central station and to the main attractions. Great place!!

Everything was perfect.

Loved this cute hotel, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with a lot of toiletries. They are pet friendly which is super for us. There was a construction right outside our window and you still couldn't hear it which was nice. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was very good and varied totally worth it. The location was good as well just a few minutes walk to the harbour and there's a lot of restaurants just around the corner.

For my journey to Hamburg the hotel location was very convenient. Easy access to unlicensed transport. The room was on the garden side, so very quiet.

Not a complaint, just a clarification that room is somewhat basic and small. For a solo traveler it was not a problem.

The only problem was a lack of lounge or area to meet a colleague and have a meeting. Everything else was superb. Even so, they allowed us to use a restaurant table to meet!

Handy to get to by the subway and also just off of the harbor where you can enjoy a nice walk and people watching. I also felt safe walking in the area at night as a single woman.

I found the breakfast very good but also a little expensive. I would rather not have the fresh meat served and save a few euros.

It was branded as harbor view. That was a bit of a stretch - like, you literally had to stretch you neck out of the window.
