Room is great, clean and comfortable. Location was OK, still have to walk to metro stations around 1km.

On the checkout day, cleaning service tried to enter the room 3 times, starting from 10AM.

Good place to stay, they get right what is important. Comfy bed, clean room with well thought through practical design, good breakfast, well working internet, generous times for breakfast and checkout. Noise isolation is very good. Location close to central station with very good transport links. Also very close to Deichtorhallen and Kunsthaus for the art fan. I'm not the biggest fan of the hotel design but I appreciate that at least they have one. The two free drinks at the bar are appreciated.

The 15 minutes walk to the central station is rather unpleasant along very big streets. You need this time also to reach restaurants and shops. The direct surroundings aren't very attractive. There is a bus but it doesn't save that much time. They didn't provide a glass or cup or a kettle in the room, neither a minibar, however I could take paper cups from breakfast. These are minor issues in any case. Overall a very good stay.

Excellent location. Only five minutes from a very interesting place in Hambourg, the Speicherstadt. Not far away from the city centre. Very calm location, the staff was awesome, efficient and very friendly. Good wine and beer in the bar, and at some hours, you can have a pizza or some french fries. The room was perfect!

There aren't lots of restaurants around. You have to go to the HBF station. And there you have to choose, popular or touristical. The good ones are a bit far away.

~15 minute walk to Hamburg central station. Not amazing, but great for the price and reasonable convenient (at least from a US perspective). Note on price - this was a late-ish booking for a major conference, and this was the only place with decent reviews nearby that wasn't over like $200/day. YMMV if you book earlier. For longer stays, they don't do room service each day but the checkin agent gave a few drink tokens for that. Design is modern, nice, and interesting. Signage in both German and English, with the text having plenty of character.

To power on the room (lights and outlets) you need to keep your room card inserted in a slot near the entrance of the room. You could insert any card though and it will work, but it's kind of annoying if you want to keep your room key on your person / elsewhere. This was not obvious at first. Room was small, but very sufficient. There was a bed, plastic chair + a desk, and bathroom.

Amazing hotel, friendly and helpful staff and great location! It initially felt a bit far from the train station and the city centre, but it’s only a 20 minute walk which isn’t so bad. Breakfast was a nice spread of cheese, meats, breads, eggs and fruits and yoghurts amongst other things. Would definitely recommend staying here. Room was spacious and quiet, even though it was near the elevator. Bathroom was also spacious.

When the cleaners started in the morning, you could hear them screaming at each other in German. I would recommend they maybe quiet down a bit when they’re doing their work, but other than that, it’s not that big of a deal.

The hotel was like it was in pictures. The price-quality ratio was super good. Bed was nice and comfortable. Totally worth the price!

The breakfast was not worth the 11€ it cost. Would have been great to have some fruits or smoothie. I think you could get a nice breakfast in a café for almost the same price. Everything was made of plastic in the room and elsewhere too. It's a cheap material so probably that's why, but not very comfortable.. I had booked and paid for a late checkout but apparently this message wasn't delivered to the cleaners and I had gotten some angry note to my room while I was having lunch. Also the key didn't work when I got back to the hotel from lunch and it took a while to get it all sorted..

An overall great hotel with comfortable and clean facilities, with a fun design throughout. The breakfast in particular exceeded my expectations. The walk from the main station is only 15-20 minutes and is fairly straightforward, the walk is fairly accessible and does not include obstacles such as staircases. The bus (route 3 towards Kraftwerk Tiefstack) to the hotel from the main station is also very easy to use, it leaves from the main station stop (which is a bit away from the station entrance, but not too far) and runs to Lippeltstraße, only a minute or two from the hotel. This bus journey takes about 5 minutes and departures are reasonably frequent, and continue until about 23:00 (at least, during the week) and then a night bus takes over. For a budget hotel I couldn't recommend it more.

I have very few complaints with this hotel - and no serious issues. The soundproofing in the room is reasonably good, but if you are VERY sensitive to sounds you may benefit from bringing earplugs. I could not hear any noises from outside or other rooms, but I could occasionally hear faint noise from the corridor. It would be nice if it was a little cheaper and I found the walk (or bus, if it was a long wait) to the hotel a little tedious. But considering it is a reasonably well placed hotel in a city, I can't complain too much.

The hotel was clean, the reception is open 24 hours. There is a bathroom available to use, and many towels provided. The room is beautifully designed and clean. Staff are friendly. There are some gummy bear candies at the reception which are delicious! There is free luggage storage, and the 12pm check out time is fantastic!

The lobby was a bit small. Would have liked a bit more available in the lobby area e.g. kettle for hot water etc. The bathroom hair and body wash is 3 in 1 which is not great. Would have preferred separate bottles of shampoo+conditioner and body wash. There are many people checking in from 2pm, and there is a long line even though there is self check in available. Maybe making the self check area the first point, and then the reception around the corner would be better for directing people to use self check and prevent a line out the door.

I wanted a place to stay not too far from warehouse district and train station, this one worked out fine. Room was spacious, bed big and comfortable, shower excellent. Design is ok if you don't mind bright pink and blue. Breakfast was ok - the products were good quality and fresh, it was possible to mount some decent sandwiches or take a cereal breakfast. In terms of hot food, the scrambled eggs did not look very interesting and pancake making machine certainly could not satisfy any sort of demand, maybe it was at least entertaining for the kids.

There are some signs of wear on the carpets (spots), but at least it seemed clean. The check-in process is not optimal, the automated system did not seem to work, so people had to wait in line, not terribly long though.

Good hotel with nice staff. My girlfriend is allergic to gluten, but that was not a problem, because we could just ask after gluten-free bread at the breakfast buffet. The last day they even knew we would ask, so they had already made it for us in advance. That is good service, thanks. The room was nice and clean. One more big plus was that the hotel WiFi did not require a second login on a website, so it was possible to use a Chromecast on the WiFi. That just makes the stay a lot better. Thanks.

Only bad thing was, that we had to stand in a line, for nearly an hour the first day, to be checked in. There were apparently only one employee at the counter.
