Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room, superb breakfast. Free drinks during the day. Had once dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. Friendly staff.

Location is ok, not far from the train station or city centre, but its rather office/industrial neighbourhood with lack of places to eat etc (however on a positive side it means its quiet in evenings, unlike in the hotel area around train station). Shower is basically in the room and its makes weird echo-noises when someone is in:-)

Breakfast was superb. Fresh, tasty and the coffee is good. The rooms are very comfortable. We walked from the Hauptbahnhof. [15 minutes] Good to have free soft drinks,[mini bar in room] tea and coffee in the room. Very comfortable beds, nice part of Hamburg close to major transport. there is a bus stop outside to the train station. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Across main road and left on the other side.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We were unsure upon arrival as it is situated on a busy road, however, the room was quiet and spacious with drinks included in the rooms fridge! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the lobby lounge area was very comfortable with access to free tea/coffee throughout the day. The hotel was extremely clean and we enjoyed the quirky bathroom set-up of the room.

It is a nice, modern hotel for a short visit in Hamburg. The location is pretty convenient, the rooms are newly renovated and it pretty much has everything you'll need - the bed was extra comfy and the breakfast also well-executed!

Our problem was with the parking. Even though the hotel claims there is a parking lot for customers (18€ per day), and even though we called and asked about it and were told to "just drive in", the parking lot was full and we had to drive 50 min around Hamburg to find another parking facility. Please, be specific to your customers as to whether they can "just drive in", and if there is nothing available in your parking lot, make sure to give recommendations. We don't come from Hamburg and we don't know our way around.

Great breakfast, good amenities (incl. iron upon request, though the iron was a bit underpowered), very nice room and breakfast room. Shower especially good, bed nice and firm.

Not the best value for money - seemed quite expensive for one night. Some or all rooms face a busy road, so it's quite loud if you leave the window open.

The hotel was perfect located 2 stops behind the central train station. The bus stop was just across the street and with the Hamburg Card you can get around Hamburg very easy and cheap (bus, subway and ferries). Good selection of complimentary drinks in the room (icetea, apple juice, water and coffee).

Our room was really warm and we could not regulate the temperature.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The view out of our windows wasn’t too bad despite the location and it was very quiet in our rooms. We had everything we needed in our room for our stay I think I got my money’s worth. :) Will definitely come back here.

Lights weren’t working properly for some time but fixed itself after some time. We also weren’t told when check out is but the website cleared that question for us.

Very friendly staff. 2 Stations Bus drive to the centre. Great breakfast and modern rooms and very clean accomodations. Free Drinks in the Minibar. WiFi working great.

The shower is impossible to operate without getting part of the rest of the bathroom wet. We were promised a sauna which was not operated and after reminding the staff 2 times about it, it still was not operated.

Hearty breakfasts, clean, welcoming and responsive staff

Asked to keep my bag for a few hours after checking out, they put something on top, which was leaking and now I have to clean the bag and some of my clothes
