Location, friendly reception team, Comfortable parking, tasty restaurant (breakfast very good and nice dinner), and nice bar.

I forgot to bring my toiletries case and expected to get an alternative solution at the hotel (even to pay for it if needed). Much to my regret, the reception team didn't have these amenities to assist with, and also when he said he will check with housekeeping and they will send it to my room, nothing arrived.

Comfy beds.

The atmosphere was a bit cold. perhaps more suitable for business people I guess. Was not given a basic introduction on arrival, the beds were not twined as requested, the phone did not work in the room, no bathrobes in the room ( got it from the spa area), no slippers, and the sauna facilities were a bit not looked after. There was tea in the room and a coffee machine. I tried to make tea but failed as water from the coffee machine was coming out with coffee leftovers. The hotel is located on a busy road, which is easy to access by car, however, when you walk out it does not feel that great.

I like the room, it was clean and big with beautiful view! The man who bring the luggage was so helpful and friendly! The location is good but a little bit far away from the city center. However the beds were so comfortable, the size of rooms very good, and very clean.

Everything was perfect!

The facilities were excellent with a decent lobby with seats and a lovely space on the first floor with various places to sit and do work. The breakfast was good and I was impressed by the bubbly at breakfast. You don't see that often. I went to the restaurant one night and the food was a bit expensive but good. The train is right across the road to take you to the main station or into the city

check-in could have included information about transport and other facilities or even a smile. This is a common problem at hotels now. Staff do basic customer service and leave you to figure everything out.

The check-out experience on the 5th of May was exceptional and handled by a lovely and chilled lady, this made up for the check-in process on the 3rd that felt rushed and uncomfortable. Good proximity to the bus and easy short walk to the train. Transport here was great! Breakfast was great and many varieties. They finally fulfilled my surprise birthday package for my husband beyond expectation, although there was a little glitch in communication, but the host did a last minute preparation. Thank you! and we would stay again if you upgrade your pillows.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and felt cheap. It affected our sleep.

Nice, clean room. Preference for higher floor was accomodated. Wonderful breakfast. Perfect location in walking distance from the central station. Additionally, bus stop for a bus line, which takes you to the centre and places of interest, right in front of the hotel. Concierge was great was information.

You need to ask for bathrobes (were delivered quickly, when requested, but would be nicer to have them in the room). Sauna area didi not have enough sun beds for guests in the area, and there were no lights for the shower area. Some restaurant tables at the windows have chairs which, when using them, can easily be placed on gaps in the gutters, so that the chair tips and you fall down to the floor (happened to me).

Quiet, spotlessly clean, comfy beds and a good shower. Coffee and water in the room refreshed daily and all of a really good quality. Staff were lovely and really helpful. One of the better rooms I’ve stayed in across all budget ranges.

Only minus is the location as there’s nothing of interest in the immediate vicinity but it’s only an 8-10 minute walk to all of the trains to anywhere you’d like to go. This is more than reflected in the room costs however and if you’re happy to use public transport which is cheap and efficient it’s a no-brainier.

- The front office staff are very very friendly and hospitable; they gave us a lot of trips and tricks in Hamburg to make sure we had the best time without falling into tourist traps -Good location, it is a 2 minute walk from a bus station and about 1km away from the central station - Room is spacious and the shower is excellent - The room has multiple lighting options and it is very easy to adjust with two controls by each bed. You can easily adjust the lights and the book light option is easy on the eyes

- The pillows are basically non-existent, you’d have to use about 2-3 to get the feel of a nice big fluffy pillow - The windows are bolted shut because the room is on the 4th floor overlooking a roof, so the room is a bit hot even with the AC. - Housekeeping didn’t make the bed on our second night

Very modern!

The bathroom smelled of sewage, and the water in the shower constantly changed from cold to scalding hot, so you really had to keep dancing around in the shower to not get burned. The bathroom also has only one door, so if you want to use the shower, no one else can use the toilet in the meantime. The safe batteries were low and couldn’t be changed unless you’re in the room with the technician, so you have to wait until they have time to stop by. The staff were rude to each other/you felt animosity at the reception between the women employees.

1. One of the best breakfast options I've ever had in a hotel. You can choose to eat it in the restaurant or on the terrace. 2. The bed was very comfy. 3. The location is very convenient. About 20 minutes on foot from the main train station. About 30-60 minutes by walking to several attractions, including the harbor. Note: I paid about €150 per night. If you manage to get a better deal, then I suggest you go for it.

These are small issues to have, but I will list them for whomever might value them more: 1. The WiFi does not reach the terrace. So I'm afraid you will have to socialize with your partner, if you have company :) 2. If you plan to work out, the gym is super small and one of the two treadmills was out of order.
