Hotel is good value for money, staff is friendly and helpful though at times a bit inexperienced. Breakfast is very nice, staff is keeping buffet stocked even when busy and well booked. Rooms are quiet and clean; location is ok, you can take a bus to get to the most places. A big grocery shop is close-by if you ran out of snacks and drinks.

If you travel by car the parking situation is a challenge. If the hotel is well booked you have a good chance of not getting a spot at the park-deck; public parking garages are often full, especially at later evening times and staff indicated that parking on the street is not always safe (burglaries); in addition, you cannot make a reservation for a car parking spot so it really is a gamble and you better come in early to avoid troubles. The breakfast area is nice but can be very crowded when hotel is well booked, better take it earlier than later.

The hotel room was very quiet and we were not aware of how many people were staying there until breakfast time. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices. The bar was a pleasant way to finish the evening with a drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location on first impressions seemed a bit remote from the centre but it was only a short walk to many of the attractions, restaurants and transport hubs and right next to a canal. Very easy to get to from the airport. I would certainly stay here again.

An on-site cafe would have been quite useful if you've been sight seeing all day and don't want to go out again. The staff on reception suggested using Uber Eats which was an option. The immediate area was not restaurant rich though we found an excellent Sicillian only 10 minutes walk away and other places just a bit further on. You will never go hungry in Hamburg!

There is nothing special about the area, and it is not particularly nice (but the hotel is obviously not responsible for it)

Breakfast was our favourite part! There is something for everyone, so much choice and everything keeps getting topped up. Perfect to set you up for a new day. The bathroom was nice and spacious too, walk in shower was a definite bonus! The beds were very comfortable. (Although the sofa bed very squeaky)

Theoretically it should have been possible to stream to the TV. But the network needed to stream didn' t have internet access so actually it was useless. The choice of TV channels for international guests (or even the option of subtitles!) is very poor and I really would have expected better given the hotel.

Check-in staff were helpful and I arrived earlier than check-in and they advised me how long they thought it would take to be able to finish the check-in and directed me to local amenities. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, although the hot food wasn't really hot enough by the time you sat to eat it. The room was nice, clean and everything I would expect of Hampton by Hilton. Location was OK. but a 20 min walk to the main station and shops....there are not many local shops nearby, better restaurants, bars, shops are a long walk into town

Just the location was a bit further away from the main area of travel, shops and sightseeing than I would have liked but not too far to detract from staying here again should I visit Hamburg once more.

The breakfast offered a pretty good selection, the rooms themselves are quite comfortable. The hotel itself is well located with several public transport options nearby to get you to the city centre (or you could just walk there, it only takes 15 - 20 minutes).

The shower could use a shower curtain, as the glass wall only covers half the shower area the entire floor in the bathroom gets rather wet after a shower. The wifi is a bit tricky to get going, as it requiers you to sign up for Hilton Honors in order to use it for free (that part is easy to miss, if you simply connect to the wifi without signing up it seems you would be charged for it's usage). I should also note that the noise level from outside is quite signifficant, at least with the windows open, however not much more than you should expect in a large city (it didn't bother me but I'm not very sensetive to that anyway)

It was too difficult to find in the dark at night. It would be difficult in daylight too if you have never been to Hamburg before. The hotel should give clear instructions: "Catch the 112 bus outside the Saturn department store opposite the main station (Hamburg Hbf) and travel for two stops. The bus stops right outside the hotel. The bus fare is Euro1.80" Don't try walking from the main station after you arrive - the streets are confusing and the overhead railway tracks along the way make it hard to work out. After you catch the bus you will know the route - just a 10 min easy walk to the main station.

It is a very nice, clean, modern and cozy hotel. In other countries might be rated as 5 star. The room is comfortable with all facilities for a 3 star hotel. The breakfast is extremely rich and meets even exigent requirements. There is cleaning room service everyday. The reception personnel is very polite and helpful.

If you are a light sleeper might you ask for a room facing the back of the hotel. It is not very far from the city center if you choose walking. The location is not very fortunate if you just go visiting the city and you want to have all attractions very close. The sights from the Central Station to the hotel are very industrial and quite dirty. There are plenty of transportation facilities to reach the hotel. Google maps is your very best friend. :)

While the hotel is only a 15 minute walk to Central Station and shops, there is also a bus that stops one street away to go there and stops right outside the hotel on the way back. The rooms are standard but comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The breakfast and hospitality staff were very nice but we found the reception staff were variable in their manner and service. There aren’t any close cafes or shops beyond what is near or at the station.

Room was spacious, location was great. Breakfast spread was also equally good.

Staff could be more professional. When I went there for saying that sofa-cum-bed in the room is bit fluffy and hurts my back, they exchanged smile and then said that this is how it is in all rooms, and similar not-problem-solving thoughts. It could have been handled in better way.
