Nice restaurant (slow service though). Really nice decor throughout the hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff at reception. Location is great, new part of Heidelberg, walking distance to nice coffee shops, playground, restaurants, wine bar, etc. Great for a stop-over or short stay in Heidelberg.

At check-in we had to wait 30 minutes for the room-key machine to be fixed, the staff seemed a bit dismissive about this. The waiters at the restaurant were friendly but extremely slow. They were busy chatting to each other behind the bar, and it seemed that only 1 of the 3 waiters actually served guests and took orders.

Lots of building going on in this area but didn't effect our stay. Nice hotel, easy and fairly cheap to get tram into town centre(10.80 euros for day ticket for 2 people) staff friendly and helpful, coffee making facilities on landings. Nice bar/restaurant area and great roof terrace for evening sunsets. Would go there again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We only speak a little German, but they were very capable helping us in English. The barman made a real nice Amaretto Sour. The room was great and bathroom even moreso. My partner and I plan to visit the town again and will definitely stay here.

On our last night there was some loud music we could hear through the room a little from the restaurant I think, but not a big deal :)

Excellent and modern hotel in Heidelberg's newly built Bahnstadt living suburb. Best to take a car or public transport to reach the old town or the Palace however (4-5 km away). Hotel was superb - excellent and plentiful breakfast, nice staff, great parking, very cool room in a heatwave, great amenities. Loved it. The area also had restaurants and even some friday night happenings so being remote wasn't a problem.

First evening there was only cold water in the shower. Somehow the next morning it worked normally, must've run out. Don't take those bloody 20 min hot showers, people :-) And of course the room with parking was quite costly.

Lovely, stylish clean hotel. Ideally located for the train station and getting the tram or taking a riverside walk into the old town. Close to a small shopping complex in case you've forgotten to bring anything.

Only a minor issue is that when we arrived to breakfast around 40 minutes before it ended, the hot food had not been replenished.

Breakfast was very good. In general the hotel seemed to be well organised.

That we arrived the time announced and the room was not ready. We were sent to wait at the restaurant. There we took a coffee. But we were not informed that the room was now ready. It is clear that it is not at all a family owned hotel. But some inspiration could be taken from such type of hotel.

We loved the rooftop sitting area. We spent most of our time up there and had family that was staying at the other Qube hotel join us. Parking garage under the hotel very convenient.

Room was small. Had one chair to sit in. Had to request housekeeping services a day in advance otherwise the room was not cleaned.

The staff was great especially our waiter and the waitresses. The terrace on top was really nice. The rooms were nice and clean overall it was a nice stay.

The room was small for the price. Paying to park at a hotel that your staying at is awful

This hotel is in the new section of town. You will have to take the tramp or taxi to city center where all the actions are. The room is very nice like most model hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is included is a plus and convenience because there is not much or no cafe near by.

The shower area is very model and looks nice with big shower head. The only complaint on this is that it is not practical at all. Anytime, you taking a shower, the water get out and wet half of the floor.

- restaurant if the hotel - was closed TWICE, as we stayed within 9 days twice, in both cases the restaurant was closed, and we were forced to settle for sone 2nd grade restaurant nearby, as there are almost no other options in the area. they told us it was because of some “workers issues”… to us as guest, that wasn’t good enough. - off-center and not in a nice area.
