The stay was wonderful! Excellent location, in walking distance to the old city and to the train station. Great view of the city especially in the top floors! Very friendly staff! Lovely people working there, especially Christine, who has been making me feel very welcomed, making me feel at home, although far away from my home. She has provided me with so much support everytime I stayed at the hotel! Vielen Danke Christine! Also, Nurlan, although new, was very helpful especially providing me with many tips for the city!

The internet was not very good in tmy room at the top floor, but the staff was very helpful in solving the issue and calling the provider to fix the problem.

Location is good on the main road, You can walk to old town and old bridge in 10 minutes. Many restaurants near by to try different kind of food. Breakfast was good- Standard European breakfast Hotel has its own parking 17/Euros Day chargeable separately Staff is really friendly specially for pets( We took our goldi) and they really welcomed our dog also offered treats.

Nothing there to like few things can be better: - There was slight water leakage from the roof at the entry of the Hotel. Does not impact anything - Since the hotel is on main road - You can hear some noise of traffic or people moving [ Its not bad but acceptable ] - The bed is queen size- I personally would have liked a bigger bed [ Again personal choice ]

1. Location is really nice, you can easily reach the hotel from the main train station or reach other palces from the hotel. 2. Staff is super friendly. 3. Nice breakfast.

1. the bad smell of the bathroom, also some remainig hairs in the basin. Otherwise the room is quite clean. 2. the air condition you can only turn it on or off, but the problem with it on is that it makes quite a noise.

The hotel's location was great and was well connected with bus and tram lines. Walkable distance to the Heidelberg Castle cable car station as well. The staff were really friendly and helpful at the reception. The views from the room as well as the balcony of the hallway were great!

The room's bathroom/toilet had a weird "vinegar" smell that seemed to be from using some cleaning agents I guess? Leaving the ventilation fan runnning for a bit reduced the smell.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast buffet - big variety of cooked food, cold cuts and cheese slices, and a nice fruit salad. It was also nice that they let us store our luggage there for a few hours after we checked out

The tiny glass partition on the bathtub isn't very effective when showering. The partition is too small to keep water from spraying parts of the bathroom floor

It takes a bit of time to get from the lobby to your room (slow lifts). We had to get our key cards re-encoded on the second day (which seems a common occurrence), and due to the lifts it takes 10 minutes more to be able to enter your room.

Very large and comfortable room with a view over the city. Breakfast was excellant with plenty of hot and cold options. Location was about 10 minutes walk to the start of the Old Town and about 15 minutes walk from the train station. There are buses and trams outside that will bring you to the Old Town and station. Staff very friendly and check-in was quick. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel for a couple of hours after chcking out. Overall a very enjoyable stay here.

The hotel is close by one of the eye clinics that I am attending and this was an exceptional location for me to stay since it is very easy to get to the clinic. The staff was was very professional.

As I was checking in, there was a homeless asking to use the bathroom and the front desk person allowed him to use it. I would have preferred that the person not be allowed inside the hotel.

Location. Near town and river.

Allocated 6th floor room having asked for low floor. Then got it swapped for a 2nd floor room. Hadn't been hoovered. Many flies in the room. Dirty toilet. Only one coffee mug. But quickly changed to a first floor room which was fine. Staff most helpful apologetic. Maybe a miscommunication. Free parking given which was great compo.

The location is great - near a bus stop and tram stop. Its under a 15min walk to the train station. The place itself was very nice and clean with friendly staff. Room was quite spacious too. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. There is atleast one vegetarian option everyday.

Room was quite warm but I just left the windows open which fixed the problem. Cant say much else.
