Great hotel, great staff. Excellent and stylish hotel, very clean comfortable and quiet room, great and full breakfast (as well as the place), free underground parking. The behavior of the staff impressed us and made us feel as welcome as we feel when we are greeted and hosted by our dear friends. All the staff were impeccable but we would like to give special mention to SIMONE. Sensitive, friendly, with excellent knowledge and targeted answers to our questions, ready to help us effectively. She made reservations and found us places to eat and visit. Simone, thank you. I highly recommend it.

We loved this new renovated, clean and cosy hotel! Nice hall, big parking, spacious room with a compfortable bed and coffe machine, frendly staff at the reception and restorant. Breakfast with a good variety of dishes (special thanks for the hash browns!), delicious fresh pastries, good coffee and fruits. We thank the hotel for making our stay in Heidelberg pleasant and comfortable!

1. The washbasin tap is made inconveniently and far from the sink, so when washing your hands you need to be very careful not to touch the sink Also, the heated towel rail under the sink is located inconveniently and interferes with access to the washbasin. 2. It would be nice to inform your giestes that the baverages in the frige are free of charge

Everything went well except internet connection. The dining area is attractive, as is the lobby and the room decor. The staff is helpful and efficient. I thought that this location would be closer to the historic core than it was, but it was not a long walk away. It is also right near the tram terminal that connects the hotel to the railroad station. There are restaurants nearby, a barber shop, a supermarket across the street, and other facilities.

The room size could have been better but it was certainly OK and had the necessary facilities.

Very nice, brand new and stylish hotel located at a stone throw from the old town.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was a mom traveling alone with her 12 year old daughter from the US. The language barrier made me nervous, however the staff made us feel welcomed and helped with everything from taxis to directions. The building was beautiful and our room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was convenient and the service and food were top notch. Stayed at 3 different hotels on this trip and this one was by far my favorite. I hope to be back someday!

Spacious room, extremely (!) spacious beds, great matrass, nice and pretty style in general, very good service at the reception desk. The room was not more expensive than any other 4 star hotel, excellent value for money.

The hotel's entrance is not at the hight of the hotel's level inside; small, not representative at all, understatement at the wrong place. You have to push the revolving door manually instead of an automatic turning. Would be worth redesigning.

The location was great with nearby restaurants and shops. Parking is possible at a secure garage below the hotel for an added fee. Our room was small (two double beds) but comfortable. Breakfast was average, and staff courteous.

Rooms are equipped with a watercooker and instant coffee packets. A coffee machine would have been appreciated. Although comfortable for a single night, we probably would not have extended our stay given the limited ammenities of the rooms.

The hotel is really super, everything looks new. The staff on reception were very helpful. We were not too happy with our room and the receptionist immediately changed us to a better room.

The entrance is not very impressive. We would have appreciated a garden to sit in or a pool. The hotel is a long walk to the centre of the old city and we had difficulty sorting out a bus so had to take taxis.

Excellent hotel, clean room, delicious and varied breakfast. But most of all I was impressed by the hotel staff and I especially want to mention Elias Yilmaz - he is so friendly, responsive, ready to help with any request. Such employees determine the style and brand of the hotel. We'll definitely be back soon.

The breakfast on the room was tiny tiny and really not good value for money, really a shame to spoil a very good product with a poor assessment of clients’ needs. Also, making guests pay for a bottle of water in the room is ridiculous at this price point. I have been in many Hilton and similar for business travel and could not remember such issues. I still trust the brand and presume this is an individual and exceptional case.
