Hotel Newton Heilbronn

The sauna on the top floor was a major highlight. Very clean and modern, with showers, indoor and outdoor rest area, plenty of clean towels, free stocked waters, and for a refundable deposit of ten dollars you can get a full sauna set (bathrobe, lotion, scrubber, slippers). Also the gym was much larger and we'll stocked than expected. We didn't use the breakfast but went there to get the free coffee and tea and the breakfast area was very nice. Staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages. Parking was convient and easily accessible. One room was a corner and had windows on two walls, both rooms were clean and comfortable.

Can not think of anything! Maybe more water pressure in the showers at the sauna but that is a very minor thought.

Generally speaking everything is fine. The hotel is quite accessible by car even if you don't know the area. The room was quiet. Everything was clean. Hotel is modern. I will come back.

I stayed twice at the hotel. I needed a parking place because I had valuable stuff in my car so I chose this hotel because the site said I could have a parking place for my car. But once I got to the hotel, there was no parking place for my car. I informed the person at the reception but all he kept saying was : ''I can't do anything about it...'' and was not really helpfull. Then I had to find a place for my car in the streets nearby and walk with all my stuff to the hotel room. I was a little pissed as this occured late at night. ADVICE: when you write that your guets can park their car, please make it possible, even if we have to pay, because it is really annoying to find out, after a long drive, that what was planned is not true.

All but not the receptionist from the 14/12 night. I just make a small joke and speak very slowly and he raise the voice against me. A small training about communication is maybe needed because seems that he was really stressed or under pressure.

Only the receptionist from the 14/12 night. The rest is like always good. The only thing that maybe you have to discuss it's to give a special rate for Fuyao Leingarten employee. We use to book your hotel but several time looking to book was not possible because the price was too expensive.

Staff went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate my request, the room was large, quiet with great blackout curtains. Quiet as a library. There was a bath tub as well as a shower with fast flowing piping hot water. Parking in the underground garage and an excellent breakfast served from 6am.

Nothing, everything was great. If I had to nitpick maybe the bathroom could use little cosmetic facelift some time.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. Successful stay, comfortable facility and very nice professional staff. Excellent varied breakfast, and importantly monitored parking. I am very critical because I travel a lot, in this facility I found everything necessary to relax on the travel including a well-equipped gym. This place is certainly unique and worth visiting again and will not break too much of your wallet resources and on top of that a great location.

Breakfast are very good, location is perfect too. It was about 10 minutes by walk, to the city centre.

I stayed in a hotel in January, and there was too cold on the room and bathroom, better with the heater then, but it took time.. Too thin walls that I heard walking, talking and toilet from another room..

First and foremost, it was easy to find the hotel parking. The checkin was uncomplicated. The room had wonderful lighting. There were large windows. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of counter space for organizing our luggage. The breakfast had loads of healthy selections.

Lighting in the bathroom was a little low.

Hotel is nice for short business trip. Located close to city center, giving possibility for a walk after work. Room was clean and stuff was friendly.

Hotel room was quite small and bed was small, but nothing to complain much for a few days stay.

Stunning value, friendly staff, 10 minutes from the shopping area. Hotel has laundry room 2 washers and 2 dryers all free with washing powder supplied. Rooms spacious. Nice safe area , free parking on streets nearby or hotel garage well equipped gym. Free tea and coffee, rooms have Aircon and fridge and BBC 1!

Sauna closed due to covid, other hotels have opened their wellness areas.
