The property was very nice clean and located in the right location for us. The service and food was great. The parking was around the back of the hotel with ample spaces and close to the hotel entrance with barrier security.

Being British the one thing missing from the room was complete tea and coffee making facilities. A coffee machine was supplied but milk was the missing condiment. Reception did not have any so we had to buy a glass of milk from the bar to get over this missing element.

Close to the highway and at the same time the center of a charming town. The hotel is perfectly soundproofed. Despite the proximity of the train station, you couldn't hear the trains. Good breakfast, no crowds and queues for coffee. The hotel appears to be new.

The only small minus is the fact that at 21:45 we couldn't order food in the hotel restaurant.

Staff in the restaurant are new and inexperienced and need to be enabled asap.

Well presented and good staff clean with good parking facilities. Ate out so didn’t experience in house good apart from breakfast which was great

Outstanding 4 stars hôtel. Classy decorations. Nice and cosy executive studio penthouse with large balcony city view. Extra bed for kids free of charge. Great breakfast and nice service.

Lovely studio in top floor, spacious, stylish, supremely comfortable. Very good wifi and TV. Kitchenette with micro, coffee maker etc. huge walk in shower. great lighting (for reading too). spotlessly clean. Supremely comy bed, lovely linens and towels, good hairdryer. Nice terrace. Very friendly and helpful reception staff - found immediate and excellent solution for takeaway dinner (covid times) . Good secure parking at a fair price or on street (well lit) in the area. This is a lovely hotel. Not our first stay and certainly not our last. No dropping of standards here. Excellent lunch packet offered in place of breakfast this time. So generous it fed us all day.....we had a picnic in Odenwald! Salad and cheese/ham rolls, fresh fruit, energy bars, drinks, coffee was fresh in hotel at reception. All in all a perfect stay in covid times and it´s even better when the restaurant is open (excellent food). Highly recommended. Weekends are often good value.

Lovely terrace but outdoor furniture is soooo uncomfortable. Those delicate little metal chairs may look stylish but they are torture for a "larger" lady. grin.
