Well designed and constructed facility. Only issue while I was there was that the air conditioning was not functioning . I was told that it had been fixed on the second night, but there was still no air flow. When I checked out, another customer said the same thing. Otherwise the hotel was excellent, in all ways.

Other than the air conditioning issue mentioned above, nothing. It was a very nice place to stay.

Near shops and many restaurants as well the indoor sole swimming pool is next to the hotel. Loved the breakfast and the "funky" ambiance .

There was no fridge in the room and needing insulin injections was a little of a hassel, to keep them cool; the traffic is quite noisy if you have your windows open, if closed it is quiet.

The rooms, the bed, the quality & the staff! Everything was so nice for the price we paid. Compared to other hotels within the city we've been? The Premier Inn is by far 1 of the best for that price range. The staff at the reception were all very kind, had no troubles speaking English. And went beyond to allow us to store our luggage after check-out.

Looks like the hotel was recently renovated. Everything was clean and feels new. 24 hours front desk with the bar downstairs was great. The rooms are big and clean. The shower had strong water pressure and very hot water. All in all, one of the best value for money I had.

The parking is 200 meter from the hotel so need to first unload by the hotel and then drive to the parking.

The reception person was supper friendly and helpful. He had a lovely manner. Our room didn't have a remote for the TV and he sorted it out so quickly. Nice guy. The hotel is well set out modern clean and has a relaxing feel about it. Close to everything. The parking was so easy.

But noisy at night - but we choose to stay close to the city so not a big issues

Really nice beds, fast WiFi speeds, parking was close and cheap. The location is ideal for exploring Heilbronn or going to the nearby Bildungschampus - would definitely stay at again.

Better WiFi connection is locked behind extra payment/membership, windows can only be opened minimally so airing out the room is a hassle.

Great location next to the Campus and the city center. Very clean. Different pillows in the room. Modern style

Early check in is 15€ extra. The room temperature is warm, even though outside it was around 15-20 degrees Celsius. I’ve stayed in this place several times and it’s always been quite warm in the rooms. Didn’t get AC to work

Quality of materials in a room and whole hotel is impeccable, beds beyond comfy, great location with many restaurants and caffes close by as well as the river, staff really genuine and helpful as i needed to store my luggage after the check out for the latter departure. Many thanks for a great weekend

Very central location and comfortable beds. Breakfast is a little expensive for the small variety they offer.

Cleaning of rooms not available for Booking.com guests. This was a shock.

My stay there was so very nice, along with the service and the employees. I was there to watch my son play hockey and would recommend this hotel as it is very well situated!!
