For two (2) **+ hotel, it is fabulous! The Accor chain hotels offer a certain standard level of quality and I am always happy when I stay in an Ibis, Novotel, Mercure or Sofitel. I loved the comfortable mattress, the very well and pratical designed room and toilet, the fabulus breakfast (even a waffle maker!) in a well lit, nice colors breakfast room. The location is also great. A walking distance from the train station and to the city's center. Next time in Heilbronn, I will stay there again!

Everything was nice especially the location and proximity to main station and restaurants

The rooms were not sound proof. My room was near the elevators and I kept waking up to the noise of people coming in and out of the elevator all night.

Room was very quiet and clean, and the desk under the window made a pleasant work station. There was a wide variety of items at breakfast, all fresh and tasty. The location is a short walk from the train station, and very close to the restaurant / shopping district. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, and were patient & professional when dealing with requests.

Only 3 power sockets in the room, and none at the bedside tables. No coffee making facility was provided in the room.

A/C, perfect location, v clean, very helpful staff. Able to use safe & they looked after our luggage safely long after check out.. & gave us info such as nearest outdoor swimming pool etc

I’m English & like to have drinks making facilities in the room plus would like a safe in my room rather than bother the staff.

The location is TOP. Just some meters away from the center and the main train station. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was also good.

Maybe a bottle of water in the bedroom could be nice. Nothing else. This was top.

Location was very convenient for both the train station , the museum experimenta, and the Inner Stadt. Only a few minutes' walk from all of these. Friendly helpful reception staff. Good breakfast buffet.

Everything you need in a business trip :) comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good continental breakfast and underground parking with a passenger lift without the need to go outside
