The Hotel is a very good value for money option. It is a nice hotel, that is clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also we received some vomplimantery drinks when we arrived, which is very nice, you can't find that in some hotels that are much more expensive then this one. I find that very welcoming. Also what I like is that it is not forcing on you to leave a deposite, like every other hotel in which I stayed.

With the parking, it is a little bit challenging, But manageable.

The hotel was clean and had all we needed for our stay. It was close to the train station as we arrived By train. It is a little bit of a walk to the main area but quite safe. Breakfast was great and more than expected.

Even though the hotel helped with having fans airconditioning would have been and made this stay probably a 10. I know they are having our of the ordinary heat ATM but the room was like an oven. Walking into he hallway gave better relief than the room did even with the fan.

Nice clean acommodation, we were here for one night sleep returning from France and it was sufficient. Very nice surprise was breakfast which was amazing and very various. Definitely worth for price.

I can’t review location as we didn’t go anywhere but it didn’t seem to be too far away from the city centre. Minus was that our room was facing inner courtyard which was noisy and you had to keep shades down all the time if you didn’t want to have people from the other building looking into your room:)

The hotel is located in a quiet suburban street. The room we had was very spacious and included a jug and small fridge. It also had openable windows which were large. The breakfast was quite good. For a 3 star hotel it was good. There was a tram stop about 10 minutes away and a number of restaurants within easy walking distance.

There was no air conditioning in the room which was a problem as the weather was very warm. The breakfast room is very small and was very crowded at busy times. The reception is only open until 12 midday. Management blames Covid 19 but that is unlikely to be the reason now. This meant that we could not leave luggage at the hotel after we had checked out and this was very inconvenient.

This is a superb hotel on a quiet residential street within a fifteen minute walk from Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof. I only stayed the one night, but I certainly rued the missed opportunity to stay longer. Check in via the key safe on the outside of the building was swift & painless. The room I had (room 111) was very spacious, the double bed incredibly comfortable (by far the best night's sleep I had on the entire ten night stay in Germany), and the tower fan provided some much needed relief from the intense heat of the time. I was also impressed by the free mini bar offering a selection of chilled beer, Coca-Cola Zero & water. The highlight for me has to be the included breakfast buffet, which offered a vast array of cereals, yoghurts, cheese, ham, as well as cooked foods - Nürnberger sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and even ćevapčići, as well as various teas, coffees, and fruit juices. I have made a mental note to stay here the next time I am coming through this area of Germany. An excellent experience!

The only slight disappointment was the fact that the orange juice on the breakfast buffet was, in fact, orange juice drink, i.e. orange juice mixed with water. I would have preferred pure orange juice.

Easy late checking with code to key box. Elevator to every (half-)floor. Good and fresh breakfast selection

No airconditioning (rooms are really hot all night long when its above 30° C during the day. And you can't keep the windows open because of the late nioght nopises from the nearby Greek restaurant kitchen folks. Parking in the neighborhood is a bit truicky and takes some time.

We like that the hotel is in a walking distance from the train station and offers breakfast. The prices are favourable.

We got a room next to the lift and since it was very warm weather, we needed the windows wide opened at night, but then we could not really use the metal shutters and the light from the lift made the room very bright at night, despite using the curtains.

Loved the self-service check-in, bc it actually worked. Clean and spacious. Had a fan, yes! Had a refrigerator, with free stuff in it! Yes! Had coffee/tea. Yes yes! Great breakfast too!

I can see the self-service check-in going either way, but it worked for us. Location is a little off the beaten path, but close enough to town and on quiet street.

The hotel is located in a residential area, surrounded by a lot of apartment buildings, that's way it's very difficult to find a parking place. I was lucky to find at the second attempt, after 5 mins looping around the hotel. It seems that there are also some parking places offered by the hotel, but there was no price stated on the information sheet at the main entrance. Reception was not available in the afternoon/evening, but the hotel has a very nice service, which allows you to pick up the key from a key box using a code. The greek restaurant just around the corner was a very convenient and quick solution for a late dinner.

The bathroom needs some renovation/upgrade, but was clean.

Lovely stuff from receptionist to the ladies that check the breakfast buffet till the room service lady. It was quite, we walked around 12 minutes to a cafe. It is such a big buffet and also vegetarians/vegans will find something to eat and can have oatmilk for the coffee!

Little things that could be improved. The doors to enter the floor slam by automatisch mechanism. Would be great if they would close more gentle. Because everytime they shut the room doors move. The water kettle should be open to dry out in between use. Nethertheless I would book again when I return to Karlsruhe!
