Good place to stay to have a comfortable overnight layover. Made use of the free shuttle to get to/from the airport. Small gym that was nice to use before a long haul flight.

It would be nice if the shuttle information was easier to find out prior to arrival. I was unable to find the information on the website and wasn't getting through to the front desk when I tried calling several times. Luckily I was able to connect with a Marriott customer service rep who dug up some information for me so we could use the shuttle upon arrival at FRA. It was quite the process to get information that should be easily available, especially since on arrival the schedule is posted various places throughout the main area. My friend and I wanted a light snack when we arrived (around 9 PM local time) and we were told the kitchen was doing a cleaning/changeover and could only have the more limited quick grab options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the vibe was charming. The S-bahn is 10 minutes walk so we were able to take the bahn downtown Frankfurt. Overall great and we would stay at Moxie again.

We had requested a cab and were told there was a taxi contract for 10 euros to the airport. When we got to the airport, the taxi driver said we had to pay 13 euros for terminal 2. I think the hotel needs to know the taxi drivers aren't honoring the 10 euro contract.

Good place to spend the night before a flight out of Frankfurt Airport. Airport shuttle stops at the street level (~ 100 ft from the entrance), hotel asks for EUR 3 shuttle fee. Ride to the airport took ~ 10 min.

The hotel has good parking, but it is not free. They charge an hourly or daily fee. To be dropped off, you have to enter the parking area thru a gate, not convenient to stop at the hotel entrance to unload. To exit the parking area after drop off, we had to let the reception know, so they could open the gate (they did not charge us for being in the parking area for the drop off).

Beds were comfortable, room and facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Food was available most of the day. Good for a business traveler or someone just looking for an overnight stay before a flight.

My husband had an almost medical emergency, front desk did not know how to access medical care except to call an ambulance, which fortunately we did not have to do. Breakfast was really expensive for what was offered. $16 was a little steep, maybe more like $10. The decor is very strange here. Definitely "yuppie" and eclectic, if that describes it. We spent a lot of time in the lobby because the rooms were just too small to stay in. The location is out in the middle of basically nowhere. Nothing close by; we did find a local market and one restaurant within walking distance. It's an hour into Frankfurt by train, which is not close by.

This hotel was perfect to spend a night near Frankfurt Airport without breaking the bank. The shuttle service worked really well, the hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and there was even a fairly good simple restaurant in walking distance, which I would not have expected at an airport hotel. I would definitely stay here again to make an early flight.

The room was quite warm and trying to adjust the thermostat seemed to do nothing to change that. Fortunately it was possible to open a window.

I chose this hotel because it was a 10 minute ride from the airport and reasonably priced. I got caught up in the travel chaos of this summer and wound up with a flight cancellation and in need of a place to stay. The hotel looks new, is very clean and quite inviting. I had a quick and welcoming check in with Patrick, who was very nice and helpful. I got to enter my room much earlier than the check in and that was very appreciated since I hadn't slept during my overnight flight to frankfurt. The other guy however could use some hospitality training!

Located in a quasi industrial park with nothing around it. But at this price point, you can't have everything.

The only thing i need to say is that they didn't tell me, or doesn't advice, that there are two moxys hotels near the airport, so i put "MOXY AIRPORT" at uber to arrive, and uber left me at the other moxy, so I arrived to the wrong moxy and needed to take from there another taxi, and it's like 10 min away. I think that if they doesn't advice this, it's not obvious that there are two moxys near the airport, especially if you doesn't speak german and both are "MOXY HOTEL AIRPORT"

The design of the hotel is really nice! The entrance is very stylish and the atmosphere is great. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. You make a check-in easily and then you can chill in the lounge, ordering snacks and drinks, because the bar is open 24 hours, which is very comfy. The room had everything needed, including the hairdryer etc, everything was super clean and nice. You can get to the airport by shuttle they provide for 4 euros per person.

Location is a good ₹18 taxis from the airport... It would have been excellent if you had notified me about the airport transfer service. I took that in the morning which was only €4

For the price, I feel the breakfast should be sooo much better and feel less fabricated.. I may have waited to get to the airport had I had known how disappointing it is.

Very good hotel for an overnight stay in Frankfurt. Friendly and helpful staff. Common areas and rooms are nicely furnished and cozy. Convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport.

The restaurant could work a bit longer. As we arrived at about 10 p.m., we didn't have possibility to have dinner. But we bought some snacks at the reception and that was nice.
