Hotel that had the "holiday in the south" feeling, although it was not on the beach. Nice relaxing and spacious with a large beer garden area incl. a lake.

The internet was supposed to cover all areas, but did not cover the rooms, looks like they want you to go downstairs to the beer garden to drink and do internet if needed. I did not like that, I need my internet for reading the morning news.

The breakfast selection was very good. The pillows were comfortable, the hotel overall was very clean! I liked the location right next to the river. Staff ws very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop about 3 minutes down the street, bus number 3/13 takes you right into the city center in a few minutes or to the main train station in 15 minutes. There is a giant grocery store and a clothing store just a few minutes walk.

The bed was a little bit too hard for me but I am a small person so I think for regular or heavy people it is great! Thats all. Everything else was very nice.

High level of cleanliness and maintenance. Staff at reception and restaurant was very nice. The hotel was a bit far from the Eck but the location was very easily approachable by car. It is a peaceful location also. Lots of parking space both underground and on the road. Breakfast spread was varied and very good quality.

AC was not powerful in the double room. The single room booked for our son did not have AC. Hotel may think of having AC in single rooms also, because rooms are suffocating. The restaurant did not have much variety in the dining menu.

Clean, well presented and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and willing to assist. Good underground parking with separate walled bays, felt my motorcycle was safe in there. You get lucky bags with treats if you decide not to have room cleaning each morning. Easy walk down the Moselle river path into town.

Quirky place with friendly staff and lovely beer garden. In walking distance to the city along the river Mosel. Clean rooms and free parking.

Came back to the hotel form de city in the evening and wanted an drink at the bar before go to sleep, but the bar was closed. At least we could habe a beer in the beer garden.

The parking garage is free and directly connects to the hotel via a lift. The rooms' air condition is powerful and (at least) the south side rooms are equipped with external blinds. There are rooms for people with walking disabilities. The beer garden with a pond in its center is a great place to hang out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are several "green measures", such as rewards for omiting room cleaning (I had an apple and sweets :)

Friendly people, very spatious and quiet room, garage below the hotel Very nice room design, we had an extensive breakfast with all good food. We were asked several times during our stay if all was ok, which felt helpful and attentive

Its a 20 min walk to the center, however this goes between a small industrial zone and the center, to me it did not felt (very) safe late night, although nothing happened, we took our own car to the center and back late night

Easy walk into town and the deutsche Eck Clean and tidy and great location Staff friendly and polite

Choice of food wasnt great and the fact once it was ready you had to go and get it yourself from inside the hotel. We are fit and able but after a few drinks a bit wobbly on the feet 😂

The room was exceptional. We booked a Premium Room but it exceeded our expectations and was really a suite. Very spacious, clean room with a separate seating area with a settee, coffee making facilities, fridge and even a microwave. The bathroom had a double basin sink, shower and bath and a bidet. There was even a second toilet.

Very large room with a comfy bed. The hotel offers free private parking in the garage underneath. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the old town and/or Deutsches Eck that is a nice stroll alongside the river. The beer garden is a big plus.
