The room I stayed in was exceptional - it was spacious, well-lit, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I was impressed by how immaculate the hotel was, from the lobby to my room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making for a perfect start to my day.

While overall it was a pleasant experience, I did encounter a couple of issues that I wanted to bring to your attention. Firstly, there was some noise disturbance on one of the nights. It would be great if there were ways to minimize noise levels to ensure that all guests can have a peaceful stay. Secondly, I noticed that there were no electric car charging stations available in the hotel garage. As someone who travels frequently in an electric vehicle, this was a bit of an inconvenience. It would be wonderful if you could consider installing charging stations to accommodate the growing number of eco-friendly travelers.

Location is great, if like me, you're planning to travel around Rhine and Mosel valleys. Train and bus stations are within 2 mins walk. I liked on-line checkin concept, it saves time upon arrival. Good breakfast selection, i stayed 6 days and didn't get bored. During the strike of cleaning staff, the rest of staff were really helpful. I experienced the fire alarm one morning (probably somebody had a smoke or sth), everything went smooth and efficient, firefighters were there within few minutes, so you'll be safe in case of emergency. ;)

Nothing really. One day there was no cleaning service because the staff went on strike, but that doesn't count I guess. The hotel should consider equipping rooms with fridges, that would be really cool during those repeating heat waves.

Very convenient location close to the station - a little away from the old town and major attractions and restaurants, but those are within a 10-20 minute walk. Comfortable modern hotel, very good breakfast. Koblenz is an excellent base for exploring the Moselle and Rhine valleys.

Perhaps a bit on the expensive side, although that was common through the city (probably a busy weekend).

Comfortable and efficiently run business hotel that is also well located for tourists very close to the train and bus stations. Just over 10 minutes walk from the river, old town, and shops. Good-sized rooms and wide selection of breakfast items. The refreshment area remained open for hot and cold drinks in the evenings. Helpful staff. We appreciated the secure bike storage since we were on a cycle tour.

Awkward interaction with some hotel staff. We had booked a room with breakfast but according to reception staff it was not included and we had to pay extra for it. I had to look up my booking and go to another member of staff to get it sorted. Then in the morning the cleaning staff started knocking our door well before checkout time, which again made us feel uncomfortable.

Quiet room at the side, comfortable, a window you could open. Enjoyable area outside for having a drink or a coffee. Friendly and helpful front desk staff for local information. Convenient location near station, but surprisingly quiet. Property appeared to be in very good condition and well maintained. Some good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Totally enjoyed it as a base to explore the very beautiful Koblenz area for a few days.

Very close to main train station and easy to get to. the room was very good although we did find a few hairs in bathroom and the tv offered no english speaking channels well not proper ones anyway . the staff were great the breakfast was superb and i would definitely stay again

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Location very convenient for the train station. We had a pleasant stay.

I missed a kettle in the room on a cold winter day, or a boiling water tap that guests could use for free. Breakfast room was too busy at peak time. Rooms were soundproof, but one night some guests were slamming doors and speaking loudly in the hallway.

The staff was really friendly, happy and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the quality was overall really good. The room was very clean, comfy and in very good condition. We really enjoyed it overall.

Unfortunately there were too few places to sit for the breakfast so we had to sit outside of the breakfast area.

Good location with convenient parking in the railway station car park. Hotel is modern with nice, clean rooms. Good location for exploring Koblenz - within a few minutes walk of the river and a pleasant walk to the Old Town and Eck.

The room was far too hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly so made no difference even when turned down. The windows don't open so unfortunately we found it quite uncomfortable.
