Staff were very helpful and answered our many questions. Great english speaking ladies at reception. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was well catered for. The croissants were the best we've had in Europe. Room was above a street which was noisy early evening but went quiet by bedtime and over night. Public transport close by and all the attractions a short walk away - fabulous location.

No tea-making facilities in the room however you can sit in the ground floor lounge and have a cuppa.

After our stay in several unpersonal hotels in Germany, even sometimes with no staff at all , this was really an hotel as an hotel should be. With high hospitality , to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Parking: covered parking place is around the corner; to make use of a reduce rate you first have to pick up an entrance card for the P at the hotel. And when leaving the P you have to use the same card (аnd afterwards the card has to be brought back to the hotel.) The parking costs has to be paid at the hotel.

Nice central location. Friendly and helpful reception and breakfast staff. Welcome coffee while waiting for check-in. Parking (at extra cost) nearby in a parking. Lovely breakfast (even though only warm food was egg).

There could be some more hot items at breakfast (now only eggs) but there were plenty of other choices. There was a (temporary) issue with wifi - was going to be solved soon (but we almost couldn't use internet).

The .location was fantastic, in a quiet part of town, yet close to the Zentrum Platz; and a lovely, 10 minutes' walk from the Deutsches Ecke. The room was small but neat. Washroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room had a small balcony that opened out to a lovely view of the Schloss and its gardens. The biggest plus was the very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Keep it up! 👍👍

The only thing wanting was an electric kettle in the room.

The property was clean, the rooms were efficient, the staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast was fresh and invitingly delicious. The location was perfect for accessing the old town and the Rhine and Mosel. many good restaurants close by.

The shower was slippery and I would have liked a shelf for soap and shampoo.

A house with history and character. Great location, easy to reach. 10€/day parking lot around the corner. Friendly and efficient staff. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, the soundproofing very adequate. And if all the above is not enough, the breakfast buffet is to die for!

Good hotel - very friendly staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. Very well located for the Koblenz Altstadt. I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was in a good location. We will stop there again when we are in the area next.

Koblenz itself was a bit of a let down, getting food of an evening was difficult if you hadn't booked a table in advance, and it felt cramped, Trier was much better.

Excellent location. Walking distance to all attractions. Neat and clean rooms with adequate amenities. A coffee machine in the room would have been useful. Soundproof windows. So you don't hear the noise outside although it is next to the main road. Hearty breakfast

Beds were not comfortable. The mattress springs could be felt. Only one hot item in breakfast.

We enjoyed a comfortable room, and loved the breakfast with a generous buffet. The location is excellent for access to the city for business and for tourism. The staff were very friendly and professional, and gave excellent advice in response to our questions.
