We traveled by train and chose the Continental because of its location, reasonable price, breakfast, and overall good reviews. The staff was friendly and efficient. We appreciated the elevator. Our room was the best! At the end of a hall, it had windows on two sides! Very light and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We had an easy dinner right outside the lobby doors at a sidewalk restaurant. lovely!

The smallest complaint. It would have been nice to have a light of some sort at the table after daylight faded.

Excellent location for anyone travelling by train, and close to some decent moderately priced restaurants. Easy walking distance from the town centre and the attractive riverside. Breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful

Some of the furnishings were a little tired and the bathroom furniture dated. No plug in the sink!

The room was fine, spacious, and clean. The bed was too soft for our liking. The bathroom could do with a little refreshing, the taps were a little old and rusty, and the ventilation filter needed cleaning. Breakfast was OK, a good choice, and lots to eat.

The room smelt of stale tobacco. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke gets everywhere; the people smoking in front of the hotel don't realize that the smoke is very invasive!

Right near the railway station. Very quiet. Secure bicycle storage. Good breakfast.

The room needs a paint, some loose powerpoints. The furniture is pretty dated. The shower over the bath is not a very good idea as it is a potential slip hazard.

1- The location of hotel was perfect exactly near hbf but with great windows not noisy at all. 2- The staff were friendly and spoke English too. 3- Breakfast was completed, plus tea and coffee was ready anytime in the kitchen. 4- The room itself was warm and cozy and water pressure in bathroom was so good.

1- Size of the room for a Double bed room was a bit small. 2- There was no drawer and Make up desk in the room. we needed to use the mirror in the bathroom.

A great hotel for an overnight stay. 50m from the Hauptbahnhof. Very friendly staff. A clean and quiet room. Double windows made it soundproof. A great bar/Restaurant next door selling draught German beer and typical German fare. Perfect!

A kettle would have been the icing on the cake!

Right by railway station, good breakfast; short walk to centre and main sights.

Could do with more than two towels given heat - showered to cool down and was still perspiring so could have done with extra towels to soak up moisture.

The staff was really nice and helpful! The location is really good, just outside the train central station and about 15 minutes walk from the city center.

The room needs some renovations! But it was clean. The bed was a little too soft for me.

The location in relation to the train station was excellent. It had several excellent restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Staff we great and very helpful.

Of course it was a hot summer, and the room was not air conditioned. we kept our windows open, which made it a bit noisy due to the train station next door.

Was very close to the trein station but was bearly any noise at night surprisingly and all the basics were there. pretty Good!
