The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is excellent if you don't have any special dietary preferences

Staff was not overly friendly and both times we've been here, the bar had been closed with no staff. Breakfast had very few choices for vegans like myself. Because of an event, of which i was not informed prior to my booking, despite several emails back and forth regarding booking date changes; the rate was significantly higher than the subsequent day, which i had originally booked in error. Even though we were not informed of the event and could, therefore, not be a part of it, we were charged significantly more on the mid week's reservation. The increased rate did not provide any extras for entertainment or anything; it just seemed a bit greedy. Staff, although not unfriendly, was not very engaging or overly welcoming.

Parking is confusing. Takes forever to get a taxi or uber, the beds were two singles next to each other so I kept falling through the middle as they easily pushed apart when rolling over. I'm pregnant and was very afraid of injury! Luckily i woke up and broke fall with my legs each time but it meant I didn't sleep much. A simple mattress strap would fix this.

Good staff, good location, lots of parking spots, clean and comfortable, only some furniture was old and had no AC.

Part of the furniture was old and had old smell such as wall drop, and had no AC especially when we visited it was very hot day , otherwise v good in general

i missed the folder hotel rooms usually have with all the information about the hotel, the room, the services, room service menu etc. it was only online accessible through my own device. I would prefer the folder version or a tablet supplied by the hotel that provides a comprehensive overview with a detailed menu on all things.

The location was very nice and quiet. The room was nice and the customer service from the reception to the restaurant was also very good

The room had a bathtub which might be a little difficult for older people but it was fine for me

I loved the hotel, it is very spacious and clean. area is very quite and serene, you can hear birds are chirping around you. hotel environment is very friendly and artistic. shower is great and they provide everything we need.

I liked every aspect.

Big, clean room. Good breakfast. We could check in after midnight - without problems - big plus ➕! Nice location, 23 km form Cologne. Common parts for guests are nicely decorated and cozy. Rooms would need a refresh as well. If the room for guests will be also invested, the hotel would gain a lot. We stay 2 days and every day back from work after midnight so for us hotel was enough for 5 hours sleeping.

Very cold inside room. We had to sleep in socks. We didn't find panel for temperature control. There was an electric fan in the room so we probably lacked air conditioning as well.

Nice place to stay with comfort. Lovely hotel for golf players. Quiet and comfortable.

We missed a description of the hotel. A plug for charging phones on both sides of the bed. Unfortunately you could hear the moving of the tables for breakfast in the morning and high heels on the floor.

Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options, big rooms with comfortable beds, nice property, plenty of parking, fairly close to public transportation.

Overall a little dated, could use some updates here and there, but nothing major.
