the hotel is located in a very good spot... ~10mins walk from the train station and the bridge. the room is very spacious and clean the staff is very friendly Highly recommended!

The hotel was very good. Rooms were spacious with all facilities for a pleasant and warm stay. Beds were very comfortable, there was mini bar in the room, free water for the welcoming and huge bathroom with space which is a plus for a comfortable stay. Also plenty of room at the closet, coffee and tea maker in the room. The breakfast was also great with a good variety of products, although I didn't have the time to enjoy it long due to very tight business schedule. My room was very quiet so I had a very calm and relaxing sleep :-)

Location could be better, I found it quite far from the action :-) and for those who need a calming stay they should ask for an upper floor room since the train passes exactly out of the hotel.

Room was large and clean. We had the choice of en-suite with bath or shower and despite opting for cleaning just once while there, the towels were changed daily. The breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and well presented. Decor was great and did remind us of an old East German property!

Hotel was very close to a busy bridge coming from the main station. This was noisy at night as the trains passed over and did affect our sleeping on 2 nights out of our 3- night stay.

The location was amazing. Even though it was central it was quiet and the room had a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. I had breakfast and was very impresed with the choice of food. It was a buffet style and included meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and musli, and yogurt as well as an option for hot food. This included Bacon, Eggs, Mushrooms and hash browns which were delicious. They also had lots of different drink options such as orange juice, milk, cappaccino, latte machiatto and hot chocolate. I would come again.

The price was way too steep since we had picked the one weekend to go clubbing when games.com was being held. I was also very happy with the room and slept very well.

The hotel is located in a quaint, legacy building a fairly long walk away from the central station. The interiors are a bit dated (in a quirky way, including a non-stop elevator), though the room is comfortable. The staff were quite nice & helpful in guiding us to the many Christmas markets.

The breakfast was okay for the price. The location, while close to the centre and near the U Bahn isn't exactly "central" for Cologne, at least not on the side of the attractions, shops and Christmas markets. Didn't seem quite value for money all included.

The room was pretty huge and cozy. The bathroom had a wide tub. The room had a lot of natural light. Lots of storage. There was a small fridge as well. There are good restaurants in the vicinity. There's an amazing bakery just downstairs opposite the hotel where you can have breakfast on a budget. The U-Bahn and train station is literally a minute walk from the hotel.

Iron and iron board are not in the room but there's a separate Bügelraum where guests can go and iron their clothes. Wasserkocher is not present in the room but they made it available when asked for. Rest nothing to complain about.

Location is very good, 15 mins by walk to centrum. Subway and train stations are directly across the road, less than 1 minute far away from hotel. Employess were very nice, kind and helpful if you have any problem.

I have already indicated my check-in time to the hotel according to my flight, when I booked my reservation on booking.com, which was 00.00-1.00 am but when I arrived to the hotel at 1.45 am because of the delay, the reception guys told me that “we have already done with the end of the day processes and if we don’t have any room for bow, we cannot accept you unfortunately but we have empty room so we can accept you.” Then they did my check-in in 20 minutes (which is very long since I have already booked my reservation) and I entered the room. I saw bed was not quite tidy and it looks like somebody was there and lay on the bad for a few hours. Also there was a used women pad in the trash in the bathroom.

The Rooms were spacious and clean with two Comfortable Chairs to sit on in the Evening to Eat or chat. The Bathroom was just as Spacious and nice to be in, the Shower was Clean and the Water was warm in a few seconds, just perfect after a long day exploring the City a bit. We were there for a Concert that was at 7 pm, and the Hotel was right around the Corner of it basically. While also being just Ten minutes by Walking from the Main Train station. Or just take the Train station right next to the Hotel and be there in a Minute. Just everything in reach what was needed. The Hotel Staff was nice and very friendly. They were very Helpful and were also there around the clock if something urgent was needed.

The Only thing that was a little bit problematic for us was the light in the Bathroom. Because it was not easy to get ready for the concert with a dim light. But that is all.

The hotel was fantastic. We stayed three nights when we were in Cologne city. The hotel is situated near to the railway station (Hansaring) which is the perfect location. You can see the hotel from the railway station itself. You can easily get connecting trains to Central Cologne Station and other places in the city and other nearby cities too. The railway station is well connected with the underground tram station too which is very handy again. We usually used the train and tram to roam around the city during our stay. The room was very big and exceeds our expectations. The room is warm too during winter which is very good. You will get everything in the room such as a loaded mini bar, two slippers, a TV, a sofa, a wardrobe, mirrors, a working desk, and a kettle with tea, sugar (white & brown), coffee packets, etc. The wardrobe has a safe locker too. The bathroom is big and has all the necessary items such as shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and towels. Not except toothbrushes and Colgate). The room is soundproof. We didn't hear any outside noise and we slept well. The housekeeping was very good too. We did early check-in too (12am) and there was no charge for that too. The hotel has everything within a budget cost. I'll recommend this hotel to all. Go there without hesitation if you are not using the wifi for WFH (work from home) option. Definitely, I will stay there again whenever I visit Cologne or nearby cities. FYI: We traveled to Cologne during Christmas 2022 and It was very beautiful. All public transport was there during Christmas time which is very very helpful. You can easily roam around the city with public transport. Tips: Most shops asked for cash except big outlets and shopping malls as they accept card payments (Be aware of that to keep some cash in hand when you are traveling in Germany).

Everything was fantastic in the hotel except the wifi in the hotel is very slow. You can't do the work from home with the speed of the wifi. Hope they will improve in the future.

The room was so spacious, which definitely helped since we stayed over the weekend - Sundays get so boring. Despite a small hiccup with the shower drain, maintenance staff were quick to respond and finished within the hour as we left the hotel for lunch.

The location was a bit far from the city - not exactly walking distance (20~25mins) to the cathedral and city centre. Also located next to main train station, bad vibes under that bridge, especially at night.
