Small but practic room for travelers. It was in a good place to restart the trip and do some business in the area. It was clean and the service was good. Even if many people were there (almost all travelers and transporters) the ambience was nice and quiet.

This is a good hotel for travelers. Even if the room was clean and comfy, it is clearly a place with a lot of people that go out and in. If you want to feel more cozzy, it is not clearly the place. This is for travelers.

Friendly Active Kind Helpful Staff, All available in Breakfast only limited variety,but warm soft Brötchen were best part. super clean rooms and lobby, soundproof rooms, no cigarette smelling rooms, Air-conditioning was perfect not too cold or too low, 24hr Automat kaffee machine availability , Perfect WiFi network , easily connect with Bus and Train. Not too far from Stadt Köln, everyplace was near in next 2-3 stop. Near by only walking distance comes Mc.Donald ,KFC , Patrol pump, Train station, children indoor play area . Our stay was comfortable and Satisfactory with all means. Thank You for good service and making our vacation worth.

Pillow was small and not comfortable. Extra pillow was also not provided after request. If warm eggs and more addition of variety of chees available then best breakfast. Shortage of sittings in Lobby or outside. Midnight snack in automat should be available. But overall not too bad only pillow issue.

Very cozy and small room with everything you need to small pack traveling. Only 8 min (by car) from international airport Cologne, also very close (10 min by walk) the S-Bahn, train to the center of city. Ratio between price and comfort and availability in Koln is very best. Room clean with shower, TV and good bed! Parking is free!

Maybe locality, is it a suburb of industry and business office, but close is fuel station and KFC restaurant.

The lady at the front desk was very kind. She made our stay from a sufficient experience (a bed to sleep) to an extraordinary one. Also the matrasses were really nice

The location, but obviously I knew that in advance. As in far away from köln hbf. Especially walking with small kids..

Clean and well maintained. Right next to service station where you can get a coffee. Not far from SBahn station and walk or take bus to Ostheim for provisions/tram.

Can't complain about anything. Didn't have breakfast as preferred to eat later in Cologne.

I definitely liked this hotel. It was in budget and not too far from the city. The public transport (bus) is at 300 m walking distance which makes it easily connected. Staff was very friendly and spoke English and German both. Our room was super clean and they sent staff to clean the room every morning. Didn't get a chance to opt for breakfast but I believe it would have been nice. Thanks a lot for making our stay super comfortable and lovely! Thank you Ibis, Thank you Booking.com :D

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is very similar to all Ibis Budget hotels. Good belie fir money, clean, tidy and with a small shower room. Breakfast was typically continental, with the usual cereals, cold meats, cheeses, fruit and so on. We used this hotel for an overnight stop on a longer journey. For this purpose, the hotel was excellent.

I mainly like the location and the proximity to the event i attend when I use this hotel. The room is always clean and perfect for me. The breakfast is what i expect from ibis and I am happy for it to stay as it is.

Mainly my only issue is the early checkout hour which makes it tough to have to carry my bags on the last day with me everywhere. But that's not a big problem to be honest.

Basic hotel room - but the must-haves are excellent. Very clean, exceptionally comfortable bed - way better than the supersoft ones in more expensive hotels. Excellent shower.

Location is not the best for public transport. The train station is close enough - only about 5-7 min walk; but I could see only one S-bahn train running on this route. frequency is 1 in about 20 min or so. Also, the lighting between train station and hotel is non existent and as a result, the short walk feels unsafe in the dark. If you are travelling by car, not an issue.

The Hotel is very Clean and a good location to reach the city. Very good if your goal is just reach the city and sleep.

The sheets were torn. The pillows where too low and Duvet cover a bit yellow.
