The location was absolute perfection. The quickest walk from the train station made for the easiest arrival and departure. The bed was absolutely incredible - the best one we slept in in Europe! The bathroom was so clean and the shower was wonderful. The staff could not have been more lovely and kind. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it's so easy to get to and from the airport by train.

Location next to Hauptbahnhof is very convenient. Room has a good setup, although a bit small. Restaurant was surprisingly good with excellent and friendly service from Maximilian.

Main entrance is really inconvenient with big suitcases. Room is a bit small. Shower door leaking creating puddles on the floor. Which idiot designed the toilet flush button behind the seat cover?

Perfect location, next to the train station. The rooms are very well isolated, beds are perfect. 6 Min walking distance to the shopping area. Parking is around the corner in the Parking garage of the Supermarket (Rewe). The parking garage needs an update but is perfectly safe. Restaurants around the corner, like the bakery and so on. The staff is very politely and friendly.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, the service staff is great and very friendly, also very polite. Good breakfast and working air conditioning. Osiris at breakfast service is really great!

Their internet is terrible, it has problems connecting and it's very slow. The area outside the hotel is unsafe at night.

Adil on reception provided possibly the most welcoming, friendly but also professional service/check in I have ever experienced in nearly 20 years of regular travel. He had a number of COVID related procedures to check with us. (Checking our tests/vaccination etc) He did this efficiently, professionally and reassuringly thoroughly. While my wife speaks fluent German, mine is basic, and Adil effortlessly switched to English when he realised. Due to COVID the hotel very quiet. Adil gave us free choice of all available rooms. Thank you! As such we had a free upgrade to a very smart superior room with a great view. The room was very very clean (and we are not easy to please in this category) It was well appointed. The bed was very comfy. The shower superb. The windows opened! A huge plus for me. Great tea and coffee in the room. Not standard in Germany like it is in the UK. A very good, slick, stylish hotel. And our stay was elevated from a solid 8 or 9 out of 10 to a full 10/10 by the wonderful Adil.

Aircon in room wasn’t working (but in April that’s not a real problem). Location close to rail station was good if travelling but not so good for noise. Adam and Eden restaurant was expensive relative to the quality of the overall experience.

Convenient location directly opposite to Mainz HBF as our base for travels. Early check-in after our long haul flight albeit with a fee (€10-20) depending on membership.

Room is abit cramped once luggage is laid out but acceptable for price.

Great location across the street from the Mainz central train station with its city light rail and bus hub. Many nearby dining options. Very quiet room with blackout drapery and reasonable work space. Street noise and light were not an issue. Wonderful vintage (late 19th century?) building. Interior is modern - appears to have been recently renovated.

small room, location outside Bahnhof has litter and can feel unsafe with drunks and drugs if your fearful or uncomfortable in those areas. pricey for the accommodation.
