This hotel is like a very pleasant surprise in the beautiful city of MAINZ. Very clean, very comfortable. the staff was super helpful (especially Mr. Mehdi and others whom in not aware of names). Very well decorated and rooms full of detailed amenities up to the level of dental floss. Great work by the hotel management and i think it will be a great success. Even the soaps, shampoos and conditioners were of organic type and not containing sodium laureth sulfate which is great.

Breakfast seems to be a limited one. I think can be more variety (e.g. scrambled eggs) types of juices but still its not a complaint but a place for improvement.

I usually never write any review, but I need to say this. I arrived to the hotel, I was sick since the day before, the lady receptionist called, if I remember well, Mariassunta, showed me a great example of empathy and wonderful meaning of the word "hospitality" since our arrival. I must say that my parents are both from that field and since a kid I have been in this world, and lately, this word has lost his sense everywhere. She took care of me, called the pharmacy to explain them everything since my German is not so good, took our stuff, and later gave us the room earlier when we returned. The day after she was also asking about my health and how went our day. So I want to thank you so much for everything and your genuine way of taking care of the people , I hope you get to the top because you deserve it, and I hope you can read this message. The room and the hotel facilities were amazing, great quality everywhere, a true 5 stars. You have everything and more in the room, very classy, amazing bed, we slept like babies.

The hotel is clearly new or recently renovated. The rooms are clean and include a mini-bar and coffee machine. The air conditioning and heating worked properly. The staff was highly friendly and very professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The rooms are quiet. It's just a few minutes' walk to the old city center and the main train stations, with easy access from the airport. A good choice of room services are offered. The room has ironing options.

Breakfast was poor and comparable to that of a much cheaper/low budget hotel—a huge disappointment. The overall price for the hotel is too high, considering what is offered for the money. Definitely not worth it, and I will certainly not choose this hotel next time I visit Mainz. The 100-euro per night accommodation deposit is just laughable, as if they expect guests to demolish their rooms. This is something I have never encountered before, and I have traveled all over Europe. Overall, it's a great hotel (8/10).

The property has recently been refurbished so everything is new and pristine. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is well located for able to walk to the old town, the Dom, restaurants, museums, buses, trams and is only a brisk 10min walk from the station

The breakfast and evening meals are far too expensive. The normal rates for a room are also too expensive. We always stayed in this hotel when it was the city Hilton which had more reasonable rates. We will only stay here in the future if we get a good discount with Booking.com as we did for this stay.

It's a luxurious hotel and not that pricy, in a very central location. The restaurant has limited availability in time and tables, even off season, but the staff is willing to prepare food served at the lobby.

However, I've made the mistake not to get a receipt on paper and the invoice by email never arrived. Now I'm trying to request one and they don't seem particularly responsive online.

Absolutely beautiful hotel which has been recently completely refurbished. Amazing room, very comfortable bed. Excellent mini bar, superb breakfast. Location is close to Mainz Hbf and centre of town. Would stay again.

Some form of leisure facilities would be a bonus like a small pool, sauna or jacuzzi.

Super comfortable, very clean and new condition. Absolutely fantastic location with very easy access to the main town, a short walk to the main station and buses and tram stops very nearby.

We had a water leak in the bathroom but this was fixed quickly and without fuss while we were out.

Loved the location and the proximity to the Christmas Markets. The staff was exceptional and helped us with plans for the evening, taxi arrangements and fun drinks from the bar. The rooms looked like they had been recently updated and the balcony was very large.
