Very modern hotel, quite fancy with very friendly staff. Great breakfast in the morning and you can go to the restaurant in the evening for good meat. Rooms are quite large, very well furbished, with good bed. Bathroom is also very nice with wide shower. very quiet in the rooms. I recommand the hotel without hesitation. If you're traveling, the hotel is close to the train station (200meters) so very convenient when you're going back home of traveling within Germany.

Nothing really I didn't like at the place. This is an excellent place for a business trip or even a personal trip.

Very VERY convenient location, 1 minute from the central train station and only 10 minutes walk to 2 tourist sites - the baroque castle and the wasserturm. Lovely staff and they held my bags for free while I explored after checkout because my train was in the evening. The restaurant was INCREDIBLY GOOD. Best steak and roast potatoes ever. Very nice water pressure, separate body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and nice bed. Very nice room and amenities.

There was nothing that I didnt enjoy. My only struggle was i booked one day in Mannheim but it was a Sunday so everything is closed but that is my fault 😂

The location, across from the train station, couldn't have been better for us. The hotel is new, modern, and well appointed. We liked that. What was most outstanding was the staff, who were beyond friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice.

we had some issues with finding light switches and making things work in the room - minor issues that would have been greatly eased with better instruction from the staff or information readily available. putting the door key in a slot on the wall to activate all the lights may be common practice in Europe, but is rare in the United States, for instance.

Breakfast was good. The restaurant had an outdoor area which was amazing. The Car parking space was very convenient. Also many thanks to Ms. Bettina Marfeld who helped us with our lost and found problem.

The first room they checked us in was Hot and then we requested a better cooler room which they gave us; but it was smaller than the one we had first.

Super chic hotel. Family room offering was perfect. Even though next to train station, you can't hear a thing. Super convenient car parking.

Classy restaurant, i just wish they would offer more international (and Vegetarian) Menu rather than the one focused at Grill preparations. If they would have had a kids-area that would have been perfect.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy to access under the hotel and parking spaces were a good size. Air conditioning was excellent.

The wifi in our room was not good. It cut out frequently. When the wifi cut out, the data on our phones was struggling with basic web searches possibly because of the proximity to the train station? It was frustrating and took forever for us to research things for the next day.

Husband and I are not Breakfast eater but we went down to restaurant for a coffee and roll. We already had our luggage with us so I didn't want it charged to room . We payed cash and was charged a whopping $40.00 because we didn't chafrge it to room. Not cool.

we just needed a quick one night stay close to the train station and found the HiltonGarden Inn to be super convenient. Not a whole lot of food options and immediately around the area but we hopped on a tram and found options and then a few minutes ride. The hotel also has a Restaurant option.

We would like to give a special thanks to the restaurant who willingly helped us to wash our dirty lunch boxes from the travel during the day. We try to be both be environmental friendly (wash instead of throwing away) and the staff did their best to help us. The food was also very good. Gym was appreciated after a whole day in the train! And very comfortable beds!

The breakfast was a little bit too expensive.

Excellent location. Seda at reception very nice girl with a GREAT smile for clients! Generally all staff friendly. Beautiful interior courtyard/garden makes a difference. Reminds me of lux hotels in Paris

Breakfast was OK, could be better eg No bread loaves available( as is standard in most German hotels) plus no alternative non dairy milk like almond/soya.
