Very comfy beds (not too soft, not too hard, good width). Excellent sound proofing. Good light blocking. Good air conditioning (quiet, unobtrusive, but effective). Brand new, so very modern -- including fancy shower drain and nice stone counter in the bathroom. Great support/responsiveness of staff to all my questions before arriving. Was glad for the complimentary toothbrushes -- we forgot ours!

I get why you would omit a tiny fridge/mini bar to save electricity, but I was hoping for one. (I did ask, though and they quickly responded that standard rooms don't have them)

Location, cleanness, staff. Just a minute away from the main train station. A lovely river walk close by. 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The room was amazingly quiet considering that windows faced the railway and a busy road. The bed was extremely comfortable. I just loved it. Smooth early check-in (I requested it a few days before arriving, and it was confirmed very quickly).

Even though the soundproofing was really good, I heard my neighbours (perhaps because of the connecting door). But it was fine as it was only during the daytime.

The hotel has a very good location. It is near the central train station. Rooms pros: spacious, beaming, with big windows, huge beds, and modern equipment. Breakfast: plenty of variants for simple breakfasts, but unfortunately not so many spreads for vegetarians.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was happy to customise and personal orders were accepted.

They got my booking dates wrong and they thought I was checking out a day before I was planning to. They didn't clean my room on the last day and cut of the electricity in the room. Only after clarifying at the front desk, they re-instated this but was too late for cleaning the room.

Finding parking was a nuisance especially since there’s a parking garage connected to the building. We paid 4 Euros for less than an hour at one parking garage then paid 4 euros for the entire day (that is..if we found a spot) at a parking lot a few meters from the hotel. At this lot we had to make sure we were outside at 0855 to ensure we had a parking ticket since the city starts monitoring from 0900-1800. It was a bit too much especially since we had 2 small children.

Clean comfortable room and bed. Luxurious after cycling in hot weather! We locked our bikes at the entrance on the bike rack. Next to Hauptbahnhof and close to downtown.

Just be aware: that in order to get downtown, we always needed to move through the crowded bahnhof tunnel which was always packed with people rushing to get on or off their trains.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. Excellent location; 2 min walk to Mannheim Hbf, easy access to the public transport, 14 min walk to the Wasserturm Mannheim. Nice decoration of the lobby and breakfast serving area. Many restaurants, fast foods and cafes in the neighborhood (walking distance).

position is so n so.... Parking is a problem and is expancive About cleanliness... Last day of stay( and thank god I didn t use it) in 1 of the bed pillows I ve spotted some big dried blood spots. Im still sweating...

All was good. Good breakfast, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location just at the main train station.

Strong lack of staff at breakfast. As often in this type of hotels, loud and non-adjustable air-conditioning. Two duvets would be better than one shared. But all that was rather minor.

Perfect comfy classy nice clean well equipped hotel. In fact the best hotel I stayed in on my 1-month trip around Western Europe, while almost the cheapest. Next to the train station. You can take a walk in the park by the river. Whole wall windows. I had a view to the train tracks and the city which I also liked.
